Abstract

본 발명은 하이드록실 및 /또는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 친수성 화합물 및 알킬 치환된 싸이클릭 무수물의 반응 생성물과 함께 하이드록시옥심으로 구성되는 조성물. 이 조성물로 금속표면의 최소한 일부를 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법. 이 조성물로 피복시킨 금속, 및 이 조성물과 오일 또는 그리스로 구성되는 윤활제 조성물에 관한다. 알킬 싸이클릭 무수물의 반응 생성물은 폴리이소부테닐 숙신산 무수물 및 에탄올 아민의 반응생성물일 것이다. 하이드록시옥심은 2-하이드록시-5-노닐벤즈알독심 또는 2-하이드록시-5-노닐아세토페논옥심일 것이다. 상기 조성물은 금속, 특히 철의 부식을 방지하는 데 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. a) 하기식(I)의 계면활성 무수물 유도체
    식중, X는 C8-500을 함유하는 포화 또는 불포화 하이드로카본 그룹이고; Y는 그룹 X의 말단에 결합되는 숙신산 무수물 잔기 또는 방향족 무수물 잔기; 각각의 Z는 독립적으로 자신이 있는 산소, 황 또는 질소를 통하여 Y에 결합되는 유기 그룹; 및 m은 1 또는 2임; 및 b) 하이드록시옥심으로 구성되는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, m이 1이고 Y가 숙신산 무수물 잔기인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무수물 유도체의 X가 노닐, 데실, 데세닐, 도데실, 도데세닐, 헥사데실, 옥타데실 또는 옥타데세닐이거나, 또는 X가 부트-1-엔, 부트-2-엔 또는 이소부텐으로 얻어지고 약 800-2000의 분자량을 갖는 이소부틸렌 중 체로부터 유도된 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그룹 Z가 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리쓰리톨, 소르비톨, 에틸렌디아민, 트리메틸렌디아민, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 테트라에틸렌펜타민, 디메틸아미노프로필아민, 디에틸아미노프로필아민, 에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 디프로판올아민, 트리스(하이드록시메틸)아미노에탄 또는 디메틸아미노에탄올에서 유도된 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 무수물 유도체가 주성분으로서 하기식의 이성질체들의 착물 혼합물인 조성물.

    식중, n은 화합물이 약 200∼5000의 분자량을 가질수 있도록 2-100의 근사값을 가지고, Z는 하이드록실, 아미노 및/또는 카복실산 치환체들을 갖고, 하이드록실 또는 아미노 그룹의 잔기를 통하여 CO 그룹에 결합되는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 그룹임.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 하이드록시옥심을 함유하는 조성물.
    식중, A는 방향족 시스템이며; R1은 수소원자이거나 또는 치환또는 비치환 하이드로카본 그룹임.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 하이드록시옥심이 2-하이드록시-5-노닐벤즈알독심 또는 2-하이드록시-5-노닐아세토페논옥심인 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항의 조성물로 금속표면의 최소한 일부를 처리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 내지 제7항중 어느 한항의 조성물로 한면의 최소한 일부를 피복시킨 금속.
  10. a) 하기식(I)의 계면활성 무수물 유도체
