Abstract
본 발명은 소모촉매를 포타슘하이록사이드와 접촉시켜 수성 포타슘플루오라이 드내 크롬옥사이드 고체수화물의 현탁액을 제조함으로써 소모된 크롬주성분 플루오르화 촉매로부터 플루오라이드를 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 크롬옥사이드 고체 수화물은 용액으로부터 분리되어 물 및/또는 수성산으로 세척된후 질산과 접촉하여 크롬(Ⅲ) 니트레이트 용액을 생성한 다음 이로부터 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 수성알칼리로 침전시키고, 세척건조 및 하소시켜 크롬 주성분 촉매를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (16)
- 소모촉매를 수성 포타슘하이드록사이드와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 소모된 크롬주성분 플루오르화 촉매로부터 플루오라이드를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로플루오르화 반응에 사용함으로 인해 소모되는 촉매가 크로미아, 할로겐화 크로미아 또는 크롬 옥시플루오라이드로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소모 촉매가 아연, 니켈 및 코발트로부터 선택된 금속으로 추가로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소모 촉매내 플루오라이드에 대해 화학량론적으로 과량인 몰의 포타슘 하이드록사이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 포타슘하이드록사이드와 플루오라이드의 몰비가 약 1.2:1내지 약 3:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 포타슘하이드록사이드의 농도가 약 25%w/w 내지 약 75%w/w인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소모 촉매와 수성 포타슘하이드록사이드를 함께 환류시키는 방법.
- (a) 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 소모 촉매를 포타슘하이드록사이드와 접촉시켜 수성포타슘플루오라이드 용액과 크롬 옥사이드 고체 수화물로 구성된 생성물을 제조하는 단계 및 (b) 크롬옥사이드 고체 수화물을 수용액으로부터 분리하는 단계로 구성되는, 소모된 크롬 주성분 플루오르화 촉매로부터 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 회수하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 생성물 스트림을 단계 (b)로 들어가기전에 수성산으로 중화시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 물 또는 산수용액으로 세척한후 단계 (b)를 반복하는 단계로 추가로 구성하는 방법.
- (a) 소모 촉매를 수성 포타슘하이드록사이드와 접촉시켜 포타슘플루오라이드 수용액과 크롬옥사이드 고체 수화물로 구성되는 생성물을 제조하는 단계, (b) 수용액으로부터 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 분리하는 단계, (c) 단계 (b)로부터 회수된 고체를 물 또는 산수용액으로 세척한 후 단계 (b)를 반복하는 단계 및 (d) 단계 (c)의 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 수성 질산과 접촉시켜 크롬(Ⅲ) 니트레이트를 제조하는 단계로 구성되는, 소모된 크롬주성분 플루오르화 촉매로부터 크롬(Ⅲ) 니트레이트를 회수하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (d)의 질산과 크롬옥사이드 수화물의 몰비가 약 2:1 내지 약 5:1인 방법.
- (a) 소모촉매를 수성 포타슘하이드록사이드와 접촉시켜 포타슘 플루오라이드 수용액과 크롬옥사이드 고체 수화물로 구성되는 생성물을 제조하는 단계, (b) 수용액으로부터 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 분리하는 단계, (c) 단계 (b)로부터 회수한 고체를 물 또는 산 수용액으로 세척한 후 단계 (b)를 반복하는 단계, (d) 단계 (c)의 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 수성산과 접촉시켜 용해성 크롬(Ⅲ) 염을 제조하는 단계, (e) 단계 (d)의 생성물을 수성염기와 접촉시켜 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 침전 및 분리시키는 단계 및 (f) 단계 (e)에서 회수한 크롬옥사이드 수화물을 세척, 건조, 하소 및 펠렛화시키는 단계로 구성되는, 크롬주성분 플루오르화촉매의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계 (d)의 생성물이 아연, 니켈 및 코발트로부터 선택되는 금속의 용해성 염으로 추가로 구성되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 아연, 니켈 및 코발트로부터 선택되는 금속의 용해성 염을 단계 (d)의 생성물에 부가하는 방법.
- 하이드로카본 또는 할로겐화 하이드로카본을 증기상에서 제13항의 방법으로 제조된 촉매 존재하에 하이드로겐 플루오라이드와 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 플루오르화 하이드로카본 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
