Abstract

Claims (20)

  1. 40℃에서 45내지 157센티스토크의 점도를 갖는 액체이고 폴리올 에스테를 분자의 혼합물로 구성되는, 윤활제 또는 윤활제 원료로서 사용하기 위해 적합한 물질의 조성물로서, 폴리올 에스테르 분자의 혼합물에서, TMP, DTMP, PE, DPE, TPE 및 TTMP로 부터 유도된 알코올 부분으로 구성된 군으로 부터 알코올 부분의 92%이상이 선택되고, 각각 C4내지 C12의 모든 직쇄 및 측쇄 1염기 및 2염기 카르복실산의 아실기로 구성된 군으로 부터 아실기의 92%이상이 선택되며, 알코올 부븐 및 아실기는 (a)혼합물 중에서, 적어도 총 5%의 아실기는 i-C5산의 아길기이고; (b)8개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달리지 않은 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %대 6개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달린 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %의 비는 1.56이하이고; (c)가지가 달리거나 또는 그렇지 않은, 적어도 9개의 탄송 원자를 함유하는 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %의 81%이하이고; (d)에스테르 혼합물중의 아실기의 2%이하는 각각 2개 이사의 카르복실기를 갖는 산 분자 부분이고; (d) (1)혼합물 중의 아실기의 총 20%이상은 트리메틸헥산산의 아실기이고; 에스테르 중의 알콜을 부분의 90%이상은 PE의 알코올 부분이고; 에스테르 혼합물중의 아실기의 7.5%이하는 2염기성이거나; 또는 (d) (2)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 5.5%내지 13.4%는 2염기성이며; 산 혼합물 중의 1염기성 아실기의 적어도 충 82%이상은 각각 5또는 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것으로 제한되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 40℃에서 51내지 145센티스토크의 점도를 갖고 폴리올 에스테르 분자의 혼합물로 구성되는 조성물로서, 여기에서 알코올 부분 및 아실기는, (a)혼합물에서 아실기의 총 10%이상은 i-C5산의 아실기이고; (b)8개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 가지가 달리지 않은 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %대 6대 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달린 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %의 비는 1.56이하이고; (c)가지가 달리거나 또는 그렇지 않은, 9개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %는 67%이하이고; (d), (d) (1)혼합물 중의 아실기의 적어도 총 29%이상은 트리메틸헥산산의 아실기이고; 산혼합물중의 아실기의 6.0%이하는 2염기성이거나; 또는 (d) (2)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 6.6%내지 13.0%는 2염성이고, 에스테르 혼합물 중의 1염기성 아실기의 총 85%이상은 각각 5또는 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것으로 제한되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 40℃에서 64내지 134의 점도를 갖고, 폴리올 에스테르 분자의 혼합물로 구성되는 조성물로서, TMP DTMP, TTMP, PE, DPE 및 TPE로 부터 유도된 알코올 부분으로 구성된 군으로 부터 알코올 부분의 95%이상이 선택되고, 각각 4내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 모든 직쇄 및 측쇄 1염기성 및 2염기성 카르복실산의 아실기로 구성된 군으로 부터 아실기의 95%이상이 선택되며, 상기 알코올 부분 및 아실기는, (a)혼합물 중에서, 총 13%이상의 아실기는, i-C5산의 아실기이고; (b)8개의 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달리지 않은 혼합물 중의 아실기의 % 대 6개이하의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달린 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %의 비는 1.21이하이고; (c)가지가 달리거나 또는 그렇지 않은, 적어도 9개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %는 67%이하이고; (d)에스트레 혼합물 중의 아실기의 1%이하는 각각 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 함유하고; (d) (1)혼합물 중의 아실기의 충 35%이상은 트리메틸헥산산의 아실기이고 에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 3.0%이하는 2염기성이거나; 또는 (d) (2)에스데르 혼합물중의 아실기의 8.0%이상은 2염기성이고; 산 혼합물 중의 1염기성 아실기의 93%이상은 각각 5개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것으로 제한되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 40℃에서 85내지 123센티스토크의 점도를 갖고 폴리올 에스테르 분자의 혼합물로 구성되는 조성물로서, 여기에서 알코올 부분 및 아실기는 (a)혼합물에서 아실기의 총 16&이상은 i-C5산의 아실기이고; (b)8개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달리지 않은 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %대 6개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달린 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %의 비는 1.00이하이고; (c)가지가 달리거나 또는 그렇지 않은, 9개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %는 49%이하이고; (d)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 0.4%이하는 각각 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 함유하며; (d) (1)혼합물 중의 아실기의 총 35%이상은 트리메틸헥산산의 아실기이고; 혼합물 중의 아실기의 29%이상은 3, 5, 5-트리메틸헥사노일기이고; 에스테르 중의 알코올 부분의 95%이상은 PE의 알코올 부분이고; 에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 1.7%이하는 2염기성이거나; 또는 (d) (2)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 9.0%이상은 2염성이고, 각각 5내지 7개의 탄소원자를 함유하고, 산 혼합물 중의 1염기성 아실기의 총 96%이상은 각각 5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 것으로 제한되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 40℃에서 85내지 115이 점도를 갖고, 폴리올 에스테르 분자의 혼합물로 구성되는 조성물로서, 각각 4내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 모든 직쇄 및 측쇄 1염기성 및 2염기성 카르복설간의 아실기로 구성된 군으로 부터 아실기의 95%이상이 선택되며, 알코올 부분 및 아실기는, (a)에스테르 혼합물 중에서, 총 19%이상의 아실기가 i-C5산의 아실기이고 (b)8개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달리지 않은 혼합물 중의 아실기의 % 대 5개 이하의 탄소 원자를 함유하고 가지가 달린 혼합물 중의 아실기의 % 의 비는 1.00이하이고; (c)가지가 달리거나 또는 그렇지 않은 적어도 9개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 혼합물 중의 아실기의 %는 49%이하이고; (d)에스트레 중의 알코올부분의 95%이상은 PE의 알코올부분이고;(d) (1)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 총 41%이상은 트리메틸 헥산산의 아실기이고 혼합물 중의 아실기의 29%이상은 3, 5, 5-트리메틸렉사노일기 이거나; 또는 (d) (2)에스테르 혼합물 중의 아실기의 10.0%이상은 2염기성인것으로 제한되도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 95중량%이상의 제5항에 따르는 조성물, 및 산화 방지성 및 열안정성 개량제, 부식 억제제, 금속 탈활성화제, 윤활성 첨가제, 점도 지수 개량제, 용융점 강하제, 청정제, 분산제, 발포 방지제, 내마멸제 및 극압 저항성 첨가제로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 5중량 %이하의 하나 이상의 첨가제로 구성되는 배합된 윤활제.
  7. 92중량 %이상의 제3항에 따르는 조성물, 및 산화 방지성 및 열안정성 개량제, 부식 억제제, 금속 탈활성화제, 윤활성 첨가제, 점도 지수 개량제, 용융점 강하제, 청정제, 분산제, 발포 방지세, 내마멸제 및 극압 저항성 첨가제로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 8중량 %이하의 하나 이상의 첨가제로 구성되는 배합된 윤활제.
  8. 92중량 %이상의 제2항에 따르는 조성물, 및 산화 방지성 및 열안정성 개량제, 부식 억제제, 금속 탈활성화제, 윤활성 침가제, 점도 지수 개량제, 용융점 강하제, 청정제, 분산제, 발포 방지세, 내마멸제 및 극압 저항성 첨가제로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 8중량 %이하의 하나 이상의 첨가제로 구성되는 배합된 윤활제.
  9. 92중량 %이상의 제1항에 따르는 조성물, 및 산화 방지성 및 열안정성 개량제, 금속 탈활성화제, 윤활성 첨가제, 부식 억제제, 점도 지수 개량제, 용융점 강하제, 청정제, 분산제, 발포 방지제, 내마멸제 및 극압 저항성 첨가제로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 8중량 %이하의 하나 이상의 첨가제로 구성되는 배합된 윤활제.
  10. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제9항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  11. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제8항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  12. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제7항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  13. 85중량 %이상의 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 15중량 % 이하의 제6항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  14. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제5항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  15. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트릭플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제4항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  16. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제3항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.
  17. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제2항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성되는 냉매 작용 유체.

  20. 펜타플루오로에탄, 1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1-트리플루오로에탄, 테트라플루오로에탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 85중량 %이상의 1차 열전달 유체, 및 15중량 %이하의 제1항에 따르는 윤활제로 구성된 열전달 유체의 순환식 압축, 액화, 팽창 및 증발로 이루어지는, 냉동기를 조작하기 위한 방법.
