Abstract

본 발명에 따른 영상복호기에 있어서의 반픽셀 움직임 보상회로는 보다 작은 용량의 버퍼를 사용하여 용이하고 효율적으로 반픽셀 움직임 보상을 수행할 수 있는데, 변환 복호화된 차분 데이타와 예측 프레임 데이타를 합하여 복원된 프레임 데이타를 출력하는 역차분펄스 부호변조부(310)와; 부호기로부터 제공되는 움직임 벡터에 응답하여 어드레스 신호를 발생하는 어드레스 발생부와; 상기 역차분펄스 부호변조부(310)로부터 제공되는 프레임 데이타를 저장하고, 상기 어드레스 신호에 응답하여 저장하고 있던 프레임 데이타를 이전 프레임 데이타로 출력하는 메모리부(330)와; 상기 메모리부(330)로부터 이전 프레임 데이타를 입력받고, 부호기로부터 전송되는 움직임 벡터에 응답하여 예측 프레임 데이타를 출력하는 반픽셀 움직임 보상부(350)를 갖는 영상복호기의 반픽셀 움직임 보상회로는, 상기 메모리부(330)로부터 제공되는 이전 프레임 데이타를 블록단위로 일시적으로 저장한 후 현재 처리할 라인 별 픽셀 데이타를 상기 반픽셀 움직임 보상부(350)로 출력하는 버퍼부(340)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 변환 복호화된 차분 데이타와 예측 프레임 데이타를 합하여 복원된 프레임 데이타를 출력하는 역차분펄스 부호변조부(310)와; 부호기로부터 제공되는 움직임 벡터에 응답하여 어드레스 신호를 발생하는 어드레스 발생부와; 상기 역차분펄스 부호변조부(310)로부터 제공되는 프레임 데이타를 저장하고, 상기 어드레스신호에 응답하여 저장하고 있던 프레임 데이타를 이전 프레임 데이타로 출력하는 메모리부(300)와; 상기 메모리부(330)로부터 이전 프레임 데이타를 입력받고, 부호기로부터 전송되는 움직임 벡터에 응답하여 예측 프레임 데이타를 출력하는 반픽셀 움직임 보상부(350)를 갖는 영상복호기의 반픽셀 움직임 보상회로에 있어서, 상기 메모리부(330)로부터 제공되는 이전 프레임 데이타를 블록단위로 일시적으로 저장한 후 현재 처리할 라인 별 픽셀 데이타를 상기 반픽셀 움직임 보상부(350)로 출력하는 버퍼부(340)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상복호기의 반픽셀 움직임 보상회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼부(340)가 상기 메모리부(330)로부터 제공되는 데이타를 블록단위로 저장하고, 현재 처리할 라인별 픽셀 데이타(A)를 출력하는 제1버퍼(344)와; 상기 제1버퍼(344)와 동일한 블록 데이타를 저장하고, 상기 제1버퍼(344)로부터 출력된 픽셀 데이타(A)의 수직 방향 움직임 보상에 필요한 다음 라인의 픽셀 데이타(B)를 출력하는 제2버퍼(348)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상복호기의 반픽셀 움직임 보상회로.
