Abstract

전자사진 방식을 이용한 시스템에서 현상기 구동 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 현상기 유니트 내부에 기억소자를 내장하여 비밀코드를 부여한 후 설정된 비밀코드와 일치할 시에만 현상기를 구동시키는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 전자사진 현상 방식 시스템에 있어서 현상기 유니트에 기억소자를 내장하여 이 기억소자에 비밀코드를 기억시킨 후 프린트 명령이 있을 시에 기억시킨 비밀코드와 미리 설정한 비밀코드를 비교하여 일치할 경우에만 현상기 유니트의 사용을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 제조업체에서 생산시 현상기 유니트에 기억소자를 내장하여 자사제품을 표시하기 위한 비밀코드를 부여하여 프린트 명령이 있을 시 자사 비밀코드와 일치하지 않을 시 현상기 유니트를 구동시키지 않게 되어 유사제품의 유통을 방지한다.

비밀코드에 의한 화상형성장치의 소모성 부품학 장치 및 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전자사진 현상기의 구동 회로도,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른종래의 페토너통 제거 방법을 나타내는 도면,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 비밀코드 등록 제어 흐름도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 현상기 유니트 구동 제어 흐름도,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시예의 현상기 유니트 구동 제어 흐름도.

Claims (3)

  1. 전자사진 현상방식 시스템의 현상기 구동장치에 있어서, 비밀코드 선택키, 메뉴키, 온라인 키, 엔터키 신호를 발생하기 위한 다수의 키를 가지며, 데이타를 표시할 수 있는 표시부를 구비하는 OPE(30)와, 감광드럼을 가지는 현상기(20)와 소정의 제어신호에 의해 비밀코드 데이타를 영구적으로 저장하고, 상기 저장된 데이타를 출력하는 메모리(26)를 내장하는 현상기 유니트(24)와, 미리 설정된 비밀코드를 가지고 있으며, 상기 현상기 유니트(24)의 메모리(26)로부터 기억된 비밀코드 데이타를 독출하고 프린팅 모드에 응답하여 상기 비밀코드 데이타와 설정된 비밀코드를 비교하여 일치할 시 상기 현상기 유니트(24)를 구동제어하는 제어하는 제어기(28)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 전자사진 현상기 방식 시스템의 비밀코드에 의한 현상기의 구동방법에 있어서, 메뉴키 신호가 입력될 시 비밀코드 입력 요구 메세지를 표시하는 과정과, 상기 입력 메세지 표시과정에서 비밀코드 입력요구 메세지를 표시한 후 비밀 코드 입력하여 저장하는 비밀코드 저장과정과, 상기 비밀코드 저장과정에서 비밀코드를 저장한 후 프린트 명령이 있을 시 현상기 유니트의 비밀코드를 읽어들여 설정된 비밀코드와 일치할 시 현상기 유니트를 구동하는 유니트 구동과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 전자사진 현상 방식 시스템의 비밀코드에 의한 현상기 구동방법에 있어서, 전원이 온될 시 현상기 유니트에 저장된 비밀코드를 독출하고, 상기 독출된 비밀코드를 설정된 비밀코드와 비교하여 일치할 시 프린트 명령에 의해 상기 현상기 유니트를 구동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
