Abstract
본 발명은 피복적삭공구용 모재인 소결체를 얻기위한 소결과정에서 표면에 형성된 결합상의 막을 표면처리하여 제거함으로써 그후의 코팅시 부착강화로 내마모성 및 내 충격성을 증대시키는 코팅전의 표면처리에 관한것으로, 절삭공구용 모재로 사용되는 소결체 표면에 피복층을 코팅함에 있어서, 상기한 피복층 코팅전에 소걸체 표면에 존재하는 화합물막, 산화피막, 각종 이물질막 제거를 위해 전기화학적인 처리, 화학적 처리, 물리적처리와 같은 표면처리함을 특징으로 하는 피복적삭공구용 모재의 표면처리에 관한 기술이다.The present invention relates to the surface treatment before coating to increase the wear resistance and impact resistance by strengthening adhesion during subsequent coating by removing the surface of the bonding phase formed on the surface in the sintering process to obtain the sintered body as the base material for the coated cutting tool.
