Abstract

서로 압착, 박리되는 2개의 면 파스너편(A, B)에 있어서, 그 계합두부(4)를 정상부에서 보아 원형주위에 4변이 생기도록 자름과 동시에 한쪽의 파스너편(A)에 있어서의 돌기체 (3A)를 적당한 간격으로 중간의 것을 빼내어, 당해 돌기테 (3A)가 다른쪽의 면 파스너편(B)의 돌기체(3B, 3B)간에 삽입할 때 돌기체(3B)의 도피여유를 형성한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 관한 면 파스너 의 측면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 면 파스너편의 돌기체(空起體)의 계합두부(係合頭部)의 형상을 나타낸 평면도이고,
제3도는 제1도 면 파스너편의 돌기체끼리의 압착상태를 나타내는 도면이고,
제4도는 돌기체의 중간의 것을 빼내지 않는 면 파스너편의 확대 측면도이고,
제5도는 면 파스너편의 일부를 나타내는 확대 평면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 평평한 플라스틱제 베이스상에 같은 크기의 계합두부를 가진 복수개의 돌기체를 소정의 피치로 매트릭스 모양으로 일체로 임립시켜 형성한 2개의 면 파스너편을 조합하여 사용하는 플라스틱제 면 파스너에 있어서, 한쪽의 파스너편에 있어서 돌기체를 적당한 간격으로 중간의 것을 빼내, 그 돌기체를 다른쪽의 면 파스너편의 돌기체간에 삽입할 때 도피여유를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱제 면 파스너.
  2. 평평한 플라스틱제 베이스상에 같은 크기의 계합두부들 가진 복수의 돌기체를 소정의 피치로 매트릭스 모양으로 일체로 입립시켜 형성한 2개의 면 파스너편을 조합하여 사용하는 플라스틱제 면 파스너에 있어서, 양 파스너편에 있어서 계합두부를 정상부에서 보아 원형의 4변을 자른 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱제 면 파스너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 한쪽의 면 파스너편 및 다른쪽의 면 파스너편에 있어서 계합두부를 정상부에서 보아 원형의 4변을 자른 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱제 면 파스너.
