Abstract

[목적] 본 발명은 콘크리트 또는 블럭으로 축조된 아파트 발코니에 내, 외벽사이에 서로 인접한 세대간 울타리용 칸막이를 설치할 때 칸막이를 고정하기 위하여 벽에 박은 못이 겉으로 드러나지 않고 또한 조립 및 해체도 용이한 아파트 발코니의 세대간 구분을 위한 칸막이용 시설재와 그 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
[구성] 금속골재의 전체 폭을 결정하는 외육과 안쪽에 둔 내육 및 이들 사이에 형성한 중간살이 한덩어리를 이루며 외육과 중간살사이의 공간은 판재의 단부가 끼워물리는 제2홈으로 하고 중간살과 내육 사이의 공간은 부재의 삽입부가 끼워지는 제1홈으로 한 E자형 단면의 본재를, 아파트 발코니의 내, 외벽과 천정 및 바닥면에 각각 서로 마주보는 것끼리 트인 쪽이 마주 보도록 배치하여 칸막이용 옆 테두리와 윗 테두리 및 밑테두리의 제2홈에는 상기 판재의 상변 또는 하변을 끼워서 걸리게 하고, 이어서 제1홈으로는 부재의 삽입부를 끼워서 판재를 면지지토록 한 상태에서 부재와 관재 및 본재에 구멍을 내고 여기다 부재쪽에서 나사못을 박다 부재와 판재를 본재측에 고정시 키는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 금속골재의 전체 폭을 결정하는 외육(12)과 안쪽에 둔 내육(11) 및 이들 사이에 형성한 중간살(13)이 한덩어리를 이루며 외육(11)과 중간살(13)사아의 공간은 판재(3a, b)의 양측 단부 또는 상변 또는 하변를 선택적으로 끼워물리는 제2홈(18)으로 하고 중간살(13)과 내육(11) 사이의 공간은 부재(2)의 삽입부(21)가 끼워지는 제1홈(17)으로 한 E자형 단면의 본재(1)와, 상기 제1홈(17)에 끼워지는 삽입부(21)와 제2홈(18)에 끼워지는 판재(3a, b)의 단부쪽 면을 눌러 고정시키는 누름부(22)가 한덩어리로 된 부재(2)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 아파트 발코니의 세대간 구분을 위한 칸막이용 시설재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 본제(1)는 그 내육(11)과 외육(12)의 내측단 및 그 부근에 단턱(14, 15)과 보스(16)를 형성한 아파트 발코니의 세대간 구분을 위한 칸막이용 시설재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 부재(2)의 삽입부(21)는 그 이면에 상기 내육(11)의 단턱(14)이 끼어걸려서 되빠짐을 방지하는 홈(23)과, 본재(1)의 제2홈(18)에 끼워지는 판재(3a, b)의 면을 눌러서 지지할 단턱(24)을 가진 아파트 발코니의 세대간 구분을 위한 칸막이용 시설재.
  4. 금속골재의 전체 폭을 결정하는 외육과 안쪽에 둔 내육 및 이들 사이에 형성한 중간살이 한덩어리를 이루며 외육과 중간살사이의 공간은 판재의 단부가 끼워물리는 제2홈으로 하고 중간살과 내육 사이의 공간은 부재의 삽입부가 끼워지는 제1홈으로 한 E자형 단면의 본재를, 아파트 발코니의 내, 외벽과 천정 및 바닥면에 각각 서로 마주보는 것끼리 트인 쪽이 마주 보도록 배치하여 칸막이용 옆테두리와 윗테두리 및 밑테투리를 이루게 한 다음에 각 테두리의 제2홈을 통하여 못을 박아 고정하며, 상기 각 옆테두리의 제2홈에는 판재의 양측 단부를 그리고 윗테두리와 밑테두리의 제2홈에는 상기 판재의 상면 또는 하변을 끼워서 걸리게 하고, 이어서 제1홈으로는 부재의 삽입부를 끼워서 판재를 면지지토록 한 상태에서 부재와 판재 및 본재에 구멍을 내고 여기다 부재쪽에서 나사못을 박아 부재와 판재를 본재측에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아파트 발코니의 세대간 구분을 위한 칸막이의 시공방법.
