본 고안은 어린이들을 자동차에 승차시킬 때 어린이의 안전을 위하여 사용하는 자동차용 어린이 보호 좌판에 관한 것으로, 좌판 본체를 에어튜브로 형성하고 좌판의 중앙부에는 양측에 클립이 부착되어 있는 "T"형의 지지구를 설치하며, 의자의 전면 양측에는 고정밴드를 설치하고 배면에는 체결밴드를 설치하여 어린이를 자동차의 내부에서 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 어린이 보호 좌판에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차가 보편화 되어 있는 현대에서는 직접 자동차를 운전하는 자가 운전자가 급증하고 있는 추세이며, 이로 인하여 여행이나 외출시에는 온 가족이 자동차를 타고 이동하는게 보편화 되었다.
그러나 유아들은 보호자가 앉고 타거나 별도의 유아보호의자(실용신안 등록출원 제 90-21644호, 93-13985호)를 이용하여 유아를 안전하게 보호 하였으나, 3세부터 8까지의 어린이들은 특별히 보호할 수 있는 방법이 없는 실정이였다. 즉 어린이들은 자동차에 승차시켜 안전밸트를 체결하여 주면 갑갑함을 느껴 안전벨트를 매지 않으려고 하는 단점이 있었고, 안전밸트에 비해 어린이의 신체가 적기 때문에 안전밸트를 체결할 경우 안전밸트의 위치가 불안정하였으며, 안전밸트를 체결하여 주어도 어린이의 호기심으로 인하여 자동차의 여러 부분을 만지거나 창밖을 내다 보는등 좌석에 설치되어 있는 안전밸트를 풀고 움직이게 되는바, 자동차가 갑자기 급제동을 할 경우 어린이가 관성에 의하여 앞좌석으로 튕겨나가 차체에 부딪쳐 다치게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
한편 어린이를 자동차의 좌석에 앉힌 다음 안전벨트를 체결하면 어린이는 신체가 작기 때문에 급제동시 안전밸트의 밑으로 미끄러져 다치게되는 단점이 있었고, 이로 인하여 어린이에게는 자동차에 설치되어 있는 안전밸트가 부적합하여 별도의 안전대책이 필요한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 에어튜브로된 좌판의 상부에 클립과 체결구가 고정되어 있는 T형의 지지구를 고정설치하고 좌판의 전면 양측에는 고정밴드를 설치하여 배면에는 체결밴드를 설치하여서된 것으로서, 이하 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
좌판본체(1)의 내부에 에어튜브(2)를 내장하고 본체(1)의 일측에는 에어를 주입하거나 배출할 수 있는 펌프(3)를 고정설치하며 본체(1) 평면에는 일측 중앙부에는 클럽(4)과 고정구(5)가 부착되어 있는 지지구(6)를 설치하고 본체(1)의 정면 양측에는 고정밴드(7)를 설치하며 배면에는 체결구(8)와 고정구(9)가 설치되어 있는 체결밴드(10)를 부착하여서된 것이다.
본 고안의 실시예로 별도의 안전밸트(11)의 양측에 고정구(12)와 체결구(13)를 부착하고 중앙부 양측에는 체결구(14)가 부착되어 있는 고정끈(15)을 설치하며 고정끈(15)에는 부드러운 직물(16)을 감싸고 고정끈(15)의 하단부에 부착되어 있는 체결구(14)를 좌판(1)의 상부에 설치되어 있는 지지구(6)의 고정구(5)에 체결하여 사용하여도 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
좌판 본체(1)에 부착되어 있는 펌프(3)를 이용하여 에어를 주입하여 좌판을 형성하고 이상태에서 본체(1)의 배면에 부착되어 있는 체결밴드(10)의 체결구(8)와 고정구(9)를 이용하여 자동차의 의자 뒤에도 체결고정하고, 본체(1)의 정면에 양측에 부착되어 있는 고정밴드(7)를 자동차 의자의 하단부에 고정한다.
상기와 같은 상태에서 클립(4)이 설치되어 있는 지지구(6)가 어린이의 가랑이 사이로 하여 앉힌 다음 자동차의 안전밸트를 지지구(6)의 양측에 부착되어 있는 클립(4)에 체결하여 자동차에 부착되어 있는 고정구에 체결하여 견고히 고정되도록 한 것이다.
한편 본 고안의 실시예로 별도의 안전밸트(11)는 체결구(13)와 고정구(12)를 이용하여 자동차의 좌석 등받이에 체결하여 고정하고, 좌판(1)에 유아를 앉힌 다음 안전밸트(11)의 고정끈(15)에 부착되어 있는 체결구(14)를 지지구(6)의 전면 양측에 부착되어 있는 고정구(5)에 체결고정하여 사용하면 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 에어튜브로된 좌판의 상부에 클립과 체결구가 고정되어 있는 T형의 지지구를 고정설치하고 좌판의 전면 양측에는 고정밴드를 설치하며 배면에는 체결밴드를 설치하여서 된 것으로서, 구성이 간단하여 제작이 용이하고 유아나 어린이등이 공동으로 사용할 수가 있으며 별도의 안전 의자없이 간단히 설치하여 사용할 수가 있으며 설치가 간단하고 어린이의 신체에 맞추어 펌프를 이용하여 적당량의 에어를 주입하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 좌판본체(1)의 내부에 에어튜브(2)를 내장하고 본체(1)의 일측에는 에어를 주입하거나 배출 할 수 있는 펌프(3)를 고정설치하며 본체(1) 평면의 일측 중앙부에는 클립(4)과 고정구(5)가 부착되어 있는 지지구(6)를 설치하고 본체(1)의 정면 양측에는 고정밴드(7)를 설치하며 배면에는 체결구(8)와 고정구(9)가 설치되어 있는 체결밴드(10)를 부착하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 어린이 보호 좌판.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전밸트(11)의 양측에 고정구(12)와 체결구(13)를 부착하고 중앙부 양측에는 체결구(14)가 부착되어 있는 고정끈(15)을 설치하며 고정끈(15)에는 부드러운 직물(16)을 감싸고 고정끈(15)의 하단부에 부착되어 있는 체결구(14)를 좌판(1)의 상부에 설치되어 있는 지지구(6)의 고정구(5)에 체결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 어린이 보호 좌판.
