Abstract

면섬유와 TC 섬유와 폴리프로필렌계 섬유사를 균질 혼합한 것에 규산소다, 아교등을 분문후 고온고압으로 압축처리하여 합판대용품을 제조하므로서 공해방지와 자원재생의 효과를 거둘 수 있음.

Claims (1)

  1. 면 또는 TC 섬유로 직조한 폐섬유와 폴리프로필렌계의 섬유를 중량을 기준으로 1 : 1.3~1.6의 비율로 혼합하여 공지의 비팅기로 폐섬유를 마쇄하는 공정, 펄프화된 폐섬유를 소정의 형틀에 부어 형을 완성하여자연탈수시키는 편조공정, 탈수된 형이 잡혀진 폐섬유의 표면에 50% 규산소다 수용액과 40~50%의 아교 또는 아크릴산 수용액의 1 : 1 혼합액을 상기 폐섬유 중량에 기초하여 0.01~0.001%를 균일 분산하고 600~900℃로 10~30분간 건조하는 건조공정, 건조가 완성된 것에 10~30㎏/㎠의 압력과 200℃의 온도로 3~5분간 압축처리하고 이어서 필요한 형상으로 재단하는 압축재단 공정으로 구성되는 폐섬유를 이용한 합판대용품의 제조방법.
