Abstract

Claims (24)

  1. 잉크제트 기록방법에 있어서, 한 위상의 구동 신호를 공급하는 단계, 상기 구동 신호는 신호 주기 사이에 휴지기를 갖는 최소한 제1 및 제2신호 주기를 포함하고, 상기 제1위상을 갖는 구동 신호의 휴지기와 중첩되는 제1 또는 제2신호를 제공하기 위해 다른 한 이상의 구동신호를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 휴지기는 제1신호주기에서의 에너지가 제2신호 주기 이전에 잉크에 가장 효율적으로 분산되는 주기 부근에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1신호 주기는 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  4. 제1항에서 있어서, 기록 헤드는 열 에너지를 이용하여 잉크를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 방출부는 방출 영역이 부분적으로 중첩되도록 다수의 방출부 블럭으로 분류되고, 구동 신호는 방출 영역이 부분적으로 중첩되는 순서로 블럭내의 방출부에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  6. 잉크제트 기록방법에 있어서, 다수의 노즐을 다수의 노즐 블럭(i)로 분류하는 단계, 및 노즐 블럭 내의 노즐에 시배분 방식으로 구동신호를 공급하는 단계를 포함하고, 구동신호는 각각의 노즐 블럭을 구동시키기 위해 신호 주기 사이에 휴지기 P2를 갖는 제1신호 주기 P1 및 제2신호 주기 P3을 포함하고, 제 2 노즐 블럭의 제1신호 주기 P1은 제 1 블럭의 제1신호 주기 P1 이후의 제1블럭의 휴지기 P2에 있고, 제1블럭의 제2신호 주기 P3은 제2블럭의 휴지기 P2에 있으며, 제 3 블럭의 제1신호 주기 P1은 제2노즐 블럭의 휴지기 P2에 있고, 제2블럭의 제2신호 주기 P3은 제3블럭의 휴지기 P2에 있으며, 이러한 동작이 i번째 블럭까지 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다음 식
    P1+P3<ф<P2
    이 충족되고, 여기에서 ф는 k번째 블럭용 구동 신호와 (k+1)번째 (여기에서, 1≤k≤i-1) 블럭용 구동신호 사이의 위상차인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 기록 헤드는 열 에너지에 의해 잉크를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  9. 구동신호가 신호 주기 사이에 휴지기를 갖는 최소한 제1 및 제2펄스를 포함하고, 기록 신호가 시배분 방식으로 기록 헤드의 방출부에 공급되는 잉크제트 기록 방법에 있어서, 제1구동 신호의 제1펄스를 공급하는 단계, 제1구동 신호의 휴지기에 제2구동신호의 제1펄스를 공급하는 단계, 및 제2구동신호의 휴지기에 제1구동신호의 제2펄스를 공급한 다음에, 제2구동 신호의 제2펄스를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드는 열 에너지를 이용하여 잉크를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록방법.
  11. 잉크제트 기록장치에 있어서, 독립적으로 구동 가능한 최소한 2개의 방출부 그룹, 및 제1그룹 및 제2그룹에 시배분 방식으로 구동 신호를 공급하기 위한 구동 신호 공급수단을 포함하고, 상기 구동 신호는 신호 주기 사이에 휴지기를 갖는 최소한 제1 및 제2신호주기를 포함하고, 제2그룹용 구동 신호의 제1신호 주기는 제1그룹용 구동 신호의 휴지기에 있고, 제2그룹용 구동 신호의 제2신호 주기는 제2그룹용 구동 신호의 휴지기에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드를 운반하는 캐리지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드의 기록 동작을 받게 되는 기록 물질을 이송하는 이송수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치는 복사기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치는 팩시밀리 기계를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치는 컴퓨터의 터미널을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드는 열 에너지를 이용하여 잉크를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  18. 잉크제트 기록장치에 있어서, 독립적으로 구동 가능한 최소한 2개의 방출부 그룹, 및 제1그룹 및 제2그룹에 시배분 방식으로 구동 신호를 공급하기 위한 구동신호 공급수단을 포함하고, 상기 구동신호는 신호 주기 사이에 휴지기를 갖는 최소한 제1 및 제2신호 주기를 포함하고, 제2그룹용 구동신호의 제2 및 제1신호 주기는 제1그룹용 구동 신호의 휴지기에 있고, 제2그룹용 구동 신호의 제2 및 제1신호 주기는 제2그룹용 구동신호의 휴지기에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드를 운반하는 캐리지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 기록 헤드의 기록 동작을 받게 되는 기록 물질을 이송하는 이송수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 기록장치.
