Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도를 장기간 유지할 수 있는 방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 오존을 포함한 물에 동물골분을 주성분으로 하는 여과제를 접촉시켜 pH 7 내지 10 및 온도 10℃ 이하로 조정한 물에, 꽃 또는 야채를 침지시키고, 후의 물은 순환시켜 오존 발생기 및 여과제와 접촉시켜 pH 및 온도를 조정함을 특징으로 하는 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지방법 및 장치가 제공된다.

꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지방법 및 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따르는 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지장치의 바람직한 실시예를 나타낸 설명도이다. 제 2 도는 보존하기 전의 각종 야채의 상태를 나타낸 사진이다. 제 3 도는 냉장고 보존(좌) 및 본 발명 장치 보존(우)후 이틀째의 부추의 신선도 상태를 비교하겨 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 오존을 포함한 물에 동물골분을 주성분으로 하는 여과제를 접촉시켜 pH 7 내지 10 및 온도 10℃ 이하로 조정한 물에 꽃 또는 야채를 침지시키고, 침지후의 물은 순환시켜 오존 발생기 및 여과제와 접촉시킴으로써 pH 및 온도를 조정함을 특징으로 하는 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지방법
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 순환계내에 꽃 또는 야채 등의 침지용 수조를 설치하고, 꽃 또는 야채 등을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 동물골분이 소, 말, 양 등으로 예시되는 경골의 골분임을 특징으로 하는 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 여과제가 입상의 흡착제임을 특징으로 하는 꽃, 야채등의 신선도 유지방법.
  5. 꽃 또는 야채 등의 침지용 수조, 냉동기, 오존 발생기, 동물골분을 주성분으로 하는 여과제를 구비한 여과기. 순환 점포, 및 이들을 연결하여 순환수의 순환유로를 형성하는 순환라인, 및 순환수를 구비하여, 동물골분을 주성분으로 하는 여과제를 통과함으로써 일정한 pH범위 및 온도범위로 조정된 순환수에 꽃 또는 야채 등이 침지되도록 한 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, pH조정기를 갖춘 꽃, 야채 등의 신선도 유지장치.
