Abstract

본 발명은 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 직립 유체 장벽이 있는 만곡형 생리대에 관한 것이다. 생리대는 신체측 표면, 의복측 표면 및 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 측면을 포함한다. 서로 가장 인접한 면은 대략 흡수체의 중심부이다. 액체 불투과성 배플이 흡수체의 적어도 외복측 표면에 인접하여 위치하고, 액체 투과성 커버는 흡수체를 감싸는 배플과 함께 위치한다. 커버는 상부 표면 상에 서로 거리를 두고 형성된 한쌍의 세로로 접힌 부분의 상부 표면을 갖는다. 각 접힌 부분은 탄성 부재가 부착된 내부 표면을 갖는다. 탄성 부재는 접힌 부분이 생리대의 길이 전체에 연장된 직립 벽을 형성할 수 있게 한다. 직립 벽은 체액이 측면으로 새는 것을 방지하기 위해서 흡수체의 세로면 위에 수직으로 배치된다. 추가로, 탄성 부재는 생리대가 컵형 배치를 가지며 그 중심부가 컵의 가장 깊은 부분을 형성하도록 한다. 중심부는 착용자의 회음부 영역에 대응한다.

제 1 도는 모래시계형 흡수체 및 흡수체의 세로측 연부상에 수직으로 배치된 한쌍의 직립 유체 장벽을 갖는 만곡형 생리대의 평면도, 제 2 도는 선 2-2를 따라 절취한 제 1 도에서 나타낸 만곡형 생리대의 단면도, 제 5 도는 흡수체에 커버를 고정하고, 또한 직립 쌍벽의 형성에 있어서 탄성을 돕기 위한 접착제의 용도를 나타낸, 제 1 도에서 나타낸 만곡형 생리대의 또다른 단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. a) 신체측 표면 및 의복측 표면, 및 흡수체의 거의 중심부에서 서로 가장 인접하게 배치된 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 측면을 갖는 흡수체 ; b) 상기 흡수체의 적어도 상기 의복측 표면에 인접하여 배치된 액체 불투과성 배플 ; c) 상기 배플과 함께 상기 흡수체를 감싸며, 상부 표면 및 상기 상부 표면상에 일체형으로 형성된 내부 표면을 가진 이격된 한쌍의 세로로 접힌 부분을 갖는 액체 투과성 커버 ; 및 d) 생리대의 거의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 형성되어 체액이 측면으로 새는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 흡수체의 세로측면 위에 수직으로 배치되어 있는 직립 벽을 형성하며, 생리대가 착용자의 회음부에 대응하는 중심부가 컵의 가장 깊은 부분을 형성하는 컵형 구조를 갖도록 하는, 상기 접힌 부분의 상기 내부 표면에 부착된 한쌍의 탄성 부재로 이루어진, 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 아치형 측면을 갖는 만곡형 생리대.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 직립 벽이 그의 전체 길이를 따라 아치형인 생리대.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재가 상기 직립 벽 내에 인장력을 가지고 배치되며, 상기 직립 벽이 상기 커버의 상부 표면 위로 6.4㎜(1/4인치)이상 연장된 것인 생리대.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 직립 벽이 상기 커버의 상부 표면 위로 약 13㎜(1/2인치) 내지 약 25㎜(1인치) 연장된 것인 생리대.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 컵형 구조가 상기 생리대의 연부의 외형 및 상기 생리대가 놓인 평면에 의해 약 30°내지 약 90°의 각도를 이루는 생리대.
  6. a) 신체측 표면 및 의복측 표면, 및 흡수체의 거의 중심부에서 서로 가장 인접하게 배치된 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 측면을 갖는 모래시계형 흡수체 ; b) 상기 흡수체의 적어도 상기 의복측 표면에 인접하여 배치된 액체 불투과성 배플 ; c) 상기 흡수체 및 상기 배플을 둘러싸며, 상부 표면 및 상기 상부 표면 상에 일체형으로 형성된 내부 표면을 가진 이격된 한쌍의 세로로 접힌 부분을 갖는 액체 투과성 커버 ; d) 생리대의 거의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 형성되어 체액이 측면으로 새는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 흡수체의 세로측면 위에 수직으로 배치되어 있는 직립 벽을 형성하며, 생리대가 착용자의 회음부에 대응하는 중심부가 컵의 가장 깊은 부분을 형성하는 컵형 구조를 갖도록 하는, 상기 접힌 부분의 상기 내부 표면에 부착된 한쌍의 탄성 부재 ; 및 e) 상기 커버를 상기 흡수체에 직접 고정시키는 접착 수단으로 이루어진, 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 아치형 측면을 갖는 만곡형 생리대.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 직립 벽이 서로 51㎜(2인치)이상 이격되어 있고, 각 벽은 상기 커버의 상부 표면 위로 13㎜(1/2인치)이상의 높이를 갖는 생리대.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재 쌍의 각각이 2지점에서 상기 접힌 부분의 내부 표면에 접착제로 부착된 하나 이상의 탄성 밴드로 이루어진 생리대.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제를 상기 접힌 부분 각각의 내부 표면에 소용돌이 형태로 도포하고 상기 탄성 부재 각각을 수개의 지점에서 상기 접착제에 부착시킨 것인 생리대.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 각 탄성 부재가 7.6㎝(3인치)이상의 높이를 가지며, 상기 각 탄성 부재가 상기 접힌 부분중 하나의 내부 표면에 간헐적으로 부착된 것인 생리대.
  11. a) 신체측 표면 및 의복측 표면, 및 흡수체의 거의 중심부에서 서로 가장 인접하게 배치된 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 측면을 갖는 모래시계형 흡수체 ; b) 상기 흡수체의 적어도 상기 의복측 표면에 인접하여 배치된 액체 불투과성 배플 ; c) 상기 흡수체 및 상기 배플을 둘러싸며 감싸고, 상부 표면 및 상기 상부 표면 상에 일체형으로 형성된 내부 표면을 가진 이격된 한쌍의 세로로 접힌 부분을 갖는 액체 투과성 커버 ; d) 생리대의 거의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 형성되어 체액이 측면으로 새는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 흡수체의 세로측면 위에 수직으로 배치되어 있는 직립 벽을 형성하며, 생리대가 착용자의 회음부에 대응하는 중심부가 컵의 가장 깊은 부분을 형성하는 컵형 구조를 갖도록 하는, 상기 접힌 부분의 상기 내부 표면에 부착된 한쌍의 탄성 부재 ; 및 e) 상기 커버를 상기 흡수체에 직접 고정시키는 상기 직립 벽의 부분을 함께 고정시키는 접착 수단으로 이루어진, 한쌍의 세로로 연장된 아치형 측면을 갖는 만곡형 생리대.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 각 접힌 부분이 상기 접힌 부분의 내부 표면에 접착제로 부착된 하나 이상의 탄성 밴드 및 상기 접힌 부분의 내부 표면에 부착된 상기 탄성 밴드 아래에 수직으로 위치한 하나 이상의 접착 밴드를 가짐으로써 직립 형태를 유지하도록 한 것인 생리대.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 각 직립 벽의 폭이 상기 각 직립 벽의 높이의 20% 미만인 것인 생리대.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 배플이 상기 흡수체의 측면 주위의 위로 연장되어 상기 흡수체의 신체측 표면과 함께 종결된 것인 생리대.
