Abstract

마운팅 레일(1,2)위의 터미널 블록에 전압의 분배 및/또는 상이한 터미널 블록 사이의 통신 또는 외부의 일레트로닉 유닛과의 직접적인 통신을 위하여, 전기 전도성 경로(3)이 마운팅 레일(1,2)상에 배열된다.
전도성 경로(3)는 전도성 경로와 마운팅 레일 사이의 절연성 물질 (4,5)를 설치한 마운팅 레일에 접착된 전기 전도성의 얇은 호일 또는 전기 전도성 물질의 융기부로 구성된다. 하나 이상의 전도성 경로는 상호간 병행하게 이용될 수 있다.(제1도)

Claims (9)

  1. 터미널 블록과 일렉트로닉 유닛을 위한 마운팅 레일에 있어서, 마운팅 레일(1,2)의 표면에 전기 절연층(4,5)에 접착된 하나 이상의 전기 전도성 경로(3)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 경로(3)와 레일(1,2)사이의 절연은 전기 전도성 호일로 덮인 하나 이상의 절연층(4,5)으로 이루어지며, 상기 호일은 상호간 및 마운팅 레일과 전기 절연된 하나 이상의 전도체 경로를 형성하며, 판 또는 호일 형상의 상기 절연층(4,5)은 마운팅 레일(1,2)의 표면에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 경로(3)는 마운팅 레일의 플랜지중의 하나(6) 또는 양쪽 모두(6,7)의 위, 또는 마운팅 레일의 바닥(8) 뒤, 또는 이러한 부분들의 모든 조합으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전도성 경로(3)가 설치된 호일 형상의 절연층(4)은 자기 접착성인 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 전도성 경로(3)가 설치된 절연층(4,5)은 마운팅 레일(1,2)의 폭의 부분 또는 전체를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 미가공 레일과 절연층(5)과 전도성 경로(3)가 마운팅 레일의 길이의 전체 또는 부분을 뻗은 전도성 경로에 의하여 통합적 유닛을 구성하며, 마운팅 레일이 미리 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 마운팅 레일의 전도성 경로(3)는 마운팅 레일(1,2)위에 장치된 터미널 블록들의 통신 및/또는 전압 공급 또는 전기가 연결 수단을 구성하며, 상기 터미널 블록은 블록에 내장된 일렉트로닉 유닛을 가지거나 또는 가지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 마운팅 레일의 전도성 경로(3)와 절연층(4,5)은 마운팅 레일(1,2)의 표면에 접착된 하나 이상의 인쇄 회로기판에 의해 현실화(realized)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 레일.
