Abstract

표면 평활도 1㎛이하 및/또는 레이저 간섭법에 의한 중심선 평균거칠기가 1nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 반사경 및 평균입경 1㎛이하이고, 순도 99%이상의 산화티탄 분말을 성형후 1000~1300℃의 대기분위기, 불활성 분위기, 진공분위기 또는 환원분위기로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 개재된 세라믹 반사경의 제조방법.

Claims (6)

  1. 표면 평활도 1㎛이하 및/또는 레이저 간섭법에 의한 중심선 평균거칠기가 1nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 반사경.
  2. 색채계로 투광각도 0~90°일때 입사광에 대한 난반사량이 5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 세라믹 반사경.
  3. 평균입경 1㎛이하로 순도 99%이상의 산화티탄분말을 성형후, 1000~1300℃의 대기분위기. 불활성 분위기. 진공분위기 또는 환원분위기로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 세라믹 반사경의 제조방법.
  4. 평균입경 1㎛이하이고, 순도 99%이상의 산화티탄분말을 50㎏/㎤이상의 압력하에서 1000~1300℃로 핫프레스 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 세라믹 반사경 제조방법.
  5. 특허청구범위 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 방법으로 얻어진 소결제를 800~1500℃, 50㎏/㎤이상의 압력하에서 HIP 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항또는 제2항에 기재된 세라믹 반사경 제조방법.
