Abstract
본 발명은 이축연신한 폴리에스테르 필림을 다시 종연신한 후 다수의 이송로울러를 이용하여 가열기를 통과시켜 열처리를 할때 가열기 전후에 형성된 이송로울러의 주행속도를 조절하여 필름을 이완시키고, 이완된 필름을 팽팽히 하기 위하여 덴서롤을 설치하고, 롤들의 상하부에 가열기를 설치하여 필름전폭에 대하여 열처리를 하는 종방향의 열수축을 개선한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제 1 도는 본 발명 열처리장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (2)
- 이축연신 폴리에스테르 필름을 종방향으로 다시 연신한 후, 100∼200℃의 가열기를 통과시키며 고정시키된 가열존 전후의 이송로울러의 주행속도를 조절하여 필름을 이완시키면서 가열존내의 이송로울러 사이에 덴서를(dancer roll)을 설치하여 로울러 사이로 필름을 통과시키는 방버통로 필름전폭을 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 종방향의 열수축을 개선한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름의 이완을 10∼30℃로 행함을 특징으로 하는 종방향의 열수축을 개선한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
