Abstract

본 발명은 저온소성용 적층 세라믹 캐패시터용 재료로 사용되는 유전성 세라믹 조성에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 유전성 세라믹 조성은 Pb(Mg⅓Nb⅔)O3-PbTiO2계를 기본으로 하여 이 기본조성의 일부를 Pb1-xBax,(Cd⅓Nb⅔)03로 치화하여 이루어진 것으로서 안정된 페브로스카이트(PerOvskite)구조를 띰에 따라 유전특성과 온도의 존성이 우수하고 1200℃이하의 소결온도를 나타내어 소결특성이 우수하다.

  1. 유전성 세라믹스 재료로서, aPb(Mg⅓Nb⅔)O3+bPbTiO2+cPbO+BaO+eBaO+eCdO+f Nb2O5, 0. 80≤ a ≤ 0. 90, 0. 05 ≤b ≤ 0. 10, 0. 0013≤ c ≤ 0. 10, 0. 00≤ d ≤ 0. 074, 0. 0025≤ e ≤ 0. 05, 0. 0025≤ f ≤ 0. 05,(단, a+b+c+d+e+f=1)의 조성으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 적층 캐패시터용 유전성 세라믹 조성물.
