Abstract
적어도 하나의 흑연 전극을 구비하고 있는 전기 아아크로에서, 금속 특히, 스크랩에서 나온 금속을 용해하기 위한 방법에서, 유기물질은 전극의 소모를 감소시키기 위하여 상기 흑연 전극의 중앙에 수직으로 형성되어 있는 구멍을 통하여 상기 아아크로 내부에 장입된다.

Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 흑연 전극(4)이 설치되어 있는 전기 아아크로에서 금속, 특히 스크랩(22)에 함유된 금속을 용융시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 유기물질(24,26)을 흑연 전극(4)의 중심부에서 수직으로 형성된 구멍(14)을 통해서 상기 전기 아아크로 내부(20)로 장입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체상, 액체상 및 기체상중 하나 이상의 상태로 상기 전기 아아크로 내부(20)로 장입된 상기 유기물질(24,26), 즉 탄화수소는 열분해에 의해서 전극 팁(21)을 냉각시키고, 연속적으로 상기 유기물질이 분해 되면서 생성된 분해산물이 연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 합성물질 폐기물(24)은 상기 탄화수소로서 고체상으로 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 합성물지 폐기물(24)은 운반가스에 실려서 공기의 작용으로 상기 전기 아아크로에 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폐오일(26)은 액상의 탄화수소로서 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항 혹은 다수항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 전기 아아크로에 있어서, 중앙에 수직으로 구멍(14)이 형성된 적어도 하나의 흑연 전극(4)을 포함하며 상기 전기 아아크로에서 돌출되어 있는 상기 전극의 단부는 유기물질을 전송하는 관(15)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 아아크로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 관에 연결되어 있으며 고상 및/혹은 액상의 탄화수소를 혼합하기 위한 혼합실(17)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 아아크로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
