Claims (12)

  1. 잉크를 토출하는 기록헤드를 사용하며 기록매체에 기록하는 잉크제트기록장치에 있어서, 상기 기록헤드에 설치된 히터와 상기 기록헤드의 외부에 설치된 레지스터는 기록헤드에 설치된 상기 히터의 저항을 결정하기 위하여 사용되므로, 상기 기록헤드의 구동조건을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록헤드는 잉크를 토출하는 다수개의 토출구와 잉크내에 기포를 형성하기위하여 열에너지를 발생시키는 각각의 토출구에 대응하는 전기열변환체를 포함하고, 상기 잉크제트기록장치는 기록신호에 따라 전기열변환체를 구동하기 위하여 구동신호를 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  3. 잉크토출유닛을 가지는 기록칩과 잉크를 비축하는 잉크탱크를 일체적으로 가지는 기록헤드를 사용하여 기록하는 잉크제트기록장치에 있어서, 상기 기록헤드는 다수개의 잉크탱크가 상기 기록칩에 대하여 교환될 수 있는 분리형이고, 또한 하나의 기록칩에 대하여 잉크탱크를 사용하는 수에 따라서 상기 기록헤드용 구동조건을 변경시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변경수단은 장치와 상기 기록칩의 교환시에 탑재된 기록헤드의 구동조건을 변경시키는 기구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기록헤드는 잉크토출유닛으로서의 다수개의 토출구의 잉크내에 기포를 형성하기 위하여 열에너지를 발생시키는 각각의 토출구에 대응하는 전기열변환기를 포함하고, 상기 잉크제트기록장치는 기록신호에 따라 전기열변환체를 구동하는 구동신호를 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  6. 잉크탱크에서 잉크토출유닛을 가지는 기록칩에 잉크를 공급하여 기록하는 잉크기록방법에 있어서, 상기 잉크탱크에서의 상기 기록칩으로 잉크를 공급하는 수에 다라 상기 기록칩의 잉크토출구동조건을 변경하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기록칩은 N개의 잉크탱크가 적용될 수 있는 수명을 가지고, 잉크토출구동조건은 N이 증가할때, 토출량을 감소시키도록 변경되므로서, 상기 기록칩의 각 잉크탱크에 대하여 균등한 잉크토출을 이루도록 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 잉크토출구동조건은 기록신호에 따라 상기 잉크토출유닛의 전기열변환체에 공급되는 어떤 가격을 가지고 예열신호의 기포형성신호로 이루어지는 구동신호내에 포함되고, 상기 변경은 잉크를 공급하는 상기 수에 따라 상기 예열신호의 공급에너지를 줄이는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 토출구동조건은 상기 기록칩 또는 잉크의 온도를 조절하는 설정기준이고, 상기 변경은 잉크를 공급하는 상기 수에 따른 상기 설정기준을 줄이는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기록칩은 상기 잉크토출유닛으로서의 다수개의 토출구의 잉크내에 기포를 형성하기 위하여 열에너지를 발생시키는 각각의 토출구에 대응하는 전기열변환체를 포함하고, 더 나아가 기록신호에 따라 전기열변환체를 구동하기 위하여 구동신호를 공급하여 잉크를 토출하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  11. 잉크탱크에서 잉크토출유닛을 가지는 기록칩에 잉크를 공급하여 기록하는 잉크기록방법에 있어서, 상기 잉크탱크에서 상기 기록칩으로 잉크를 공급하는 수와 그곳에 부착된 잉크탱크내의 잉크소비율에 따라서 상기 기록칩의 잉크토출구동조건을 변경하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록칩은 상기 잉크토출유닛으로서의 다수개의 토출구와 잉크내에 기포를 형성하기 위하여 열에너지를 발생시키는 각각의 토출구에 대응하는 전기열변환체를 포함하고, 더 나아가 기록신호에 따라 전열변환기를 구동하기 위하여 구동신호를 공급하여 잉크를 토출하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크기록방법.
