본 고안은 맨홀용 수직하수관에 관한 것으로, 특히 현장에서 간단히 조립하여 시공할 수 있는 맨홀용 조립식 수직하수관에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a vertical sewer pipe for manhole, and more particularly, to a prefabricated vertical sewer pipe for manhole that can be easily assembled and constructed in the field.

본 고안에 있어서는 종래의 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 하수관을 독립된 측부판넬로 구성하고 이들 측면의 경사변부를 이용하여 접촉조립되게 하며 각 측부판넬의 저면부는 하수관 주면에 채워지는 지반의 압력이 수평방향의 내측으로 가하여지면서 조립상태가 유지될게 하고 있도록 저면판넬의 상측변부는 맨홀관의 저면에 구성한 삽입구에 삽입되게하여 전체가 간편히 조립될 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the present invention, in view of the above-mentioned point in the prior art, the sewage pipes are composed of independent side panels, and are assembled by contact using the inclined sides of these side surfaces. 이와 같은 본 고안은 측부판넬(20a-20d), 저면판넬(12) 및 맨홀관(16)을 이들의 제조공장에서 각기 제조하여 현장에 운반한 다음 굴착된 수직공의 저면에 저면판넬(12)을 전개하고 각 측부판넬(20a-20d)의 저면부내측이 저면판넬(12)에 형성된 내측돌출부(24)의 각 수직측면(22)에 접촉하도록 조립한 후에 외부로부터 흙을 채워 인접지반의 수평방향압력이 측부판넬(20a-20d)의 저면부를 내측돌출부(24)의 수직측면(22)에 확고하게 접촉유지되게 하는 한편 저면판넬(12)의 내측돌출부(24)는 인접지반의 수평방향압력을 충분히 견디도록하여 하수관의 구조적인 안정성이 확보된다. 이와 같이 한 후에 측부판넬(20a-20d)의 상측부를 맨홀관(16)의 저면에 대면한 하향플랜지(24a)(24b)를 형성하여 이들 사이에 구성된 삽입부(26)에 삽입되게하여 전체적인 조립을 완성하고 맨홀관(16)의 상측부까지 주변의 흙으로 메꾸면 수직하수관의 조립이 완성된 상태에서 확고하게 유지될 수 있는 것이다. 측부판넬(20a-20d)의 저면부가 접촉되는 수직측면(22)을 구성하는 내측돌출부(24)에는 그 상부면에 오니침전물이 침전될 수 있는 요입부(21)를 구성하는데 별도의 구성수단이 특별히 요구되지 않고 구성될 수 있는 잇점이 있다.The present invention, such as the side panel (20a-20d), the bottom panel 12 and the manhole tube 16 is manufactured in their manufacturing plant and transported to the site and then the bottom panel 12 on the bottom of the excavated vertical hole After assembling to make contact with each vertical side surface 22 of the inner protrusions 24 formed on the bottom panel 12, the inner side of the bottom part of each side panel 20a-20d is filled with soil from the outside, and then the horizontal of the adjacent ground.
