Claims (17)

  1. 브롬의 페네틸 브롬화물에 대한 몰 비율이 2.5 내지 3.5사이, 양호하게는 3.1 내지 3.3 사이에 구성되고, 페네틸 브롬화물 몰당 Br22내 3을 포함하는 브롬양이 추가된 다음에, 나머지 브롬이 화학량론적으로 브롬화수소의 진화의 몰비의 등가량 보다 대체로 더 크지않은 제어된 몰비로 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 페네틸 브롬화물(β-Br)의 선택적 브롬화에 의해서 전구물질(前駒物質)을 제조하여 구성되는 β-브로모에틸-트리브로모벤젠(β-BrBr3)의 TBS 전구물질을 제조하고, 그 전구물질로 부터 브롬화 수소를 연속 제거하여 트리브로모스티렌(TBS)을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 페네틸브롬화물 몰당 Br22.5 내지 2.7몰의 브롬양이 첨가된 다음에, 나머지 브롬은 대체로 HBr 진화의 몰비의 80% 내지 100% 사이로 제어된 몰비로 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 페네틸브롬화물의 선택적 브롬화는 반응조건하에서 비-반응적인 할로겐화된 용매가 반응질량에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 용매 첨가는 브롬의 제어된 첨가가 시작되는 시점에서 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 할로겐화 된 용매는 브롬화 과정에서 사용가능한 용매중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 제어된 첨가가 시작된 후에 반응질량 전체를 통해서 브롬을 균일하게 분산시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 반응질량을 실온에서 유지하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 반응질량을 약 30~40℃의 온도에서 유지하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 용매 첨가가 시작된 후에 환류상태하에서 반응질량을 유지하는 것을 포함으로 하는 방법.
  10. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 용매는 적어도 페네틸 브롬화물 1그램 당 약 0.5미리리터의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  11. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 페네틸 브롬화물은 반응초기에는 300ppm이상의 수분을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 청구범위 제1항의 선택적 브롬화 방법에 의해서, β-브로모메틸-트리브로모벤젠(β-BrBr3)인 TBS 전구물질을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  13. 청구범위 제2항의 선택적 브롬화 방법에 의해서, β-브로모메틸-트리브로모벤젠(β-BrBr3)인 TBS 전구물질을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  14. 청구범위 제3항의 선택적 브롬화 방법에 의해서, β-브로모메틸-트리브로모벤젠(β-BrBr3)인 TBS 전구물질을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  15. 순도가 적어도 89%이며 β-BrBr25%이하를 함유하는 β-브로모메틸-트리브로모벤젠.
  16. 적어도 90%의 트리브로모스티렌을 함유하고, 적어도 60℃의 용해점과 높은 저장수명을 특징으로 하는 트리브로모스티렌 생성물.
  17. 청구범위 제1항의 방법으로 제조된, 트리브로모스티렌 생성물.
