Claims (4)
- 광학장치에 있어서, 광학축을 가지면서 축방향으로 이동가능한 대물렌즈와, 대물렌즈의 축방향 운동을 위한 프레임 운반 안내수단과, 판스프링형 감쇠부품에 의하여 프레임에 고정된 환상마운트에서 프레임상에 탄성적으로 지탱되면서 프레임의 주위에서 동심원상으로 배치된 제1작용수단과 환상갭으로 제1작용수단에서 간격을 유지하며 대물렌즈에 연결된 제2작용수단을 구비하는 대물렌즈용 전자기 작용장치를 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환상마운트와 판스프링형 부품은 일체의 사출주형품으로써 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 판스프링형 부품은 대물렌즈를 지지하는 2개의 평행한 블레이드 스프링사이에 삽입되고, 마운트에서 멀리 떨어진 판스프링형 부품의 단부는 블레이드 스프링 사이에서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 블레이드 스프링에는 대물렌즈에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 판스프링형 부품이 고정되어 있는 단부에서 주형고정 부분이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
