Claims (20)

  1. 전구물질로서 알루미노-규산염과 탄소입자의 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물을 1500℃ 이상의 온도에서 반응시켜 상기 혼합물을 유의상으로서 Al2O3및 SiC를 갖는 알루미나-SiC 복합재 세라믹 분말로 변환시킴으로 구성되는 알루미나-SiC 복합재 세라믹 분말의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3및 SiC는 상기 세라믹 분말의 주상(主相)을 형성하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자는 소판 및 섬유의 군으로부터 선택된 모양인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 상기 탄소입자보다 반응성이 있는 탄소요소를 부가적으로 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미노-규산염은 합성 알루미노-규산염인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미노-규산염은 점토, 멀라이트, 키아나이트, 실리마나이트, 파이로필라이트 또는 이의 혼합물 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미노-규산염은 점토인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 1600 내지 1800℃ 범위에서 선택된 방법.
