제1도는 방수성 막의 연속 제조장치의 기본 다이어그램이다.
Claims (4)
- 특히 방수성 박판 또는 막으로 사용하기 위해, 적층된 열가소성 포움 재료의 박판 또는 막을 제조하는 방법으로서, -스트립, 웨브, 절편 등의 형태의 열가소성 포움을 축척하여 균일한 높이의 층을 형성시키고, -포움의 연화점 이하의 온도에서 압축시키고 밀집시키고, -250℃이상의 온도로 가열되고 2내지 15㎜의 외부 직경을 갖는 핀을 사용하여, 10내지 50㎜의 평균 간격으로 그리고 1내지 10초의 핀을 체류시간을 가지고, 압축되고, 밀집된 열가소성 포움의 층을 구멍을 내고 용융결합시키고, -이어서 구멍이 뚫리고 용융 결합된 층을 압축을 유지시키면서 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 15내지 30㎜의 평균 크기의 절편의 형태로 존재하고 30 내지 150㎏/㎡의 포움의 겉보기 밀도를 갖는 열가소성 포움을 연속적으로 축적하여 20내지 200㎜, 바람직하게는 30내지 150㎜ 높이의 층을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 경우에 가열된 핀을 처음부터 끝까지 안내하기 위한 상응하는 구멍이 제공된 이중-벨트 프레스 등에 의해, 축적된 포움층의 압축이 연속적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀이 3.5 내지 4.5㎜의 외부 직경, 600 내지 700℃의 표면온도 및 15내지 25㎜의 평균간격을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
