제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명에서의 합금박대의 표면상태를 나타내는 주사 전자현미경사진, 제3도는 합금박대표면에 형성된 오목부의 면적점유율과 각형비와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프, 제4도는 표면거칠기와 각형비와의 관계를 나타내는 그래프, 제5도는 합금박대의 판두께와 철손실과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 합금박대를 말거나 적층하여 이루어지는 자심으로서 상기 합금 박대의 표면에 형성된 오목부의 면적점유율이 30%이하인 표면거칠기를 갖는 합금박대로형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 Co가 비결정질합금박대인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 퀴리온도 160∼300℃의 Co기 비결정질합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 각형비가 주파수 50KHz에서 98%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 합금용탕을 노즐로부터 냉각롤 표면으로 사출하고 급냉시킴으로써 합금박대를 제조함에 있어, 상기 냉각롤과 접하지 않은 쪽의 합금박대표면의 표면거칠기가 해당 합금박대의 길이방향에 있어서,
    Rf≤0.3
    (단, Rf는 JIS-B-0601로 규정된 기준길이 2.5mm에서 십회측정하여 구한 표면거칠기의 평균값 및 합금박대의 중량으로 구한 평균 판두께를 각각 Rz,T라고 했을 때, 아래식
    Rf = Rz/T
    으로 구하는 거칠기를 특징지우는 파라미터이다.)
    가 되는 값을 갖는 합금박대로 자심을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 Co기 비결정질합금박대인 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 퀴리온도 160∼300℃의 Co기 비결정질합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 각형비가 주파수 50KHz에서 98%이상인 것을 특징으로하는 자심.
  9. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 아래의 일반식으로 나타나는 합금조성을 갖춘 Co기 비결정질합금박대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.

    (단, 0.02≤a≤0.08 0.3≤ℓ≤0.8 26≤X≤32)
  10. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 아래의 일반식으로 나타나는 합금조성을 갖춘 Co기 비결정 질합금박대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
    (Coℓ-b-cFebMb)100-y(Siℓ-mBm)y
    (단, M은 Ni, Mn중 적어도 1종이며, b≤0.10 0.01≤e≤0.10 0.3≤m≤0.8 26≤y≤32)
  11. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 아래의 일반식으로 나타나는 합금조성을 갖춘 Co기 비결정 질합금박대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
    (Coℓ-d-eFebM′b)100-x(Siℓ-nBn)x
    (단, M′은 Ti, V, Cr, Cu, Zr, Nb, No, Hf, Ta, W로 이루어지는 군에서 택해진 적어도 1종이며, 0.03≤d≤0.10 0.01≤e≤0.06 0.3≤n≤0.8 24≤z≤32)
  12. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 아래의 일반식으로 나타나는 합금조성을 갖춘 Co기 비결정 질합금박대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
    (Coℓ-f-g-hFefMgM′h)100-w(Siℓ-pBp)w
    (단, M′는 Ni, Mn중 적어도 1종이며, f≤0.10 0.01≤g≤0.10 0.01≤h≤0.08 0.3≤p≤0.5 24≤w≤30)
  13. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합금박대가 아래의 일반식으로 나타나는 합금조성을 갖춘 Co기 비결정 질합금박대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자심.
    Fe100-e-f-g-h-i-j EeGfJgSihBiZj
    (식중에서 E는 Cu 및 Au 중에서 택해진 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, G는 IVa족 원소, Va족 원소, VIa족 원소 및 희토류원소로 이루어지는 군에서 택해진 적어도 1종의 원소를, J는 Mn, Aℓ, Ga, In, Sn 및 백금족원소로 이루어지는 군에서 택해진 적어도 1종의 원소를, Z는 C, N 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 택해진 적어도 22의원소를 나타내며, e,f,g,h,i,및 j는 아래의 식을 만족시키는 수이다. 단, 아래식의식 모든 숫자는 원자 %를 나타낸다.
    0.1≤e≤8 0.1≤f≤10 0≤g≤10 12≤h≤25 3≤i≤12 0≤j≤10 15≤h+i+j≤30)
  14. 냉각롤과 접촉하는 쪽의 합금박대의 표면에 형성된 오목부의 면적점유율이 30%이하인 표면거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금박대.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 냉각롤과 접촉하지 않는 쪽의 합금박대표면의 표면거칠기가 해당 합금박대의 길이 방향에서
    Rf≤0.3
    (단, Rf는 JIS-B0-601로 규정된 기준길이 2.5mm에서 십회 측정하여 구한 표면거칠기의 평균값 및 합금박대의 중량으로 구한 평균 판두께를 각각 Rz,T라고 했을때, 아래식
    Rf=Rz/T
    에 의해 구하는 거칠기를 특징지우는 파라미터이다.)
