Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
    상기식에서, n은 0내지 6의 정수이고, R1은 직쇄 C1-C4-알킬, 분지된 C3-C4알킬, C3-C6사이클로알킬 및 페닐(이들 라디칼은 비치환되거나 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된다)을 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체를 나타내고, R2는 할로겐, NO2, CN, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-할로알킬, C1-C3-알콕시, C1-C3-할로알콕시, C1-C3티오알킬, RaSO2-, RaSO2-O- 또는 RaSO2NRb-(여기서, Ra및 Rb는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C2-알킬 또는 C1-C2-알킬 또는 C1-C2-할로알킬이다)이며, R3는 수소, 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C3-할로알킬, C1-C3-알콕시, C1-C3-할로알콕시 또는 C1-C3-알킬티오이고, R4는 C1-C3-할로알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이고, R1이 직쇄 C1-C3-알킬, i-프로필, C4-C6-사이클로알킬 및 페닐(이드 4개의 라디칼은 비치환되거나 염소 및 불소를 포함한 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼로 치환된다)을 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체를 나타내며, R2가 할로겐, NO2, CN, C1-C3-알킬, C1-C|3-할로알킬, C1-C2-알콕시, C1-C2-할로알콕시 또는 RaSO|2-(여기서, Ra는 전술한 의미를 갖는다)이고, R3가 H, 할로겐, C1-C2-알킬, C1-C2-할로알킬, C|1-C2-알콕시, C1-C2-할로알콕시 또는 C1-C2-알킬티오이며, R4가 C1-C3-할로알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, n이 0 내지 3이고, R1이 C1-C3-알킬, 사이클로펜틸 또는 페닐이고, R2가 불소, 염소, NO2, CN, 메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 메틸설포닐이며, R3가 수소, 할로겐, 메틸, CF3, 메톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 메틸티오이고, R4가 CH2F, CHF2, CH2Cl, CHCl2, CCl3, CH2CH|2Cl, CH2CH2F, CH2CHF2, CH2CF3, CHFCH3, CHFCH2F, CHFCHF2, CF2CH3, CF2CH2F, CF2CHF2, CF2CF3, CF2CHFCl, CHFCHFCl, CH2CCl3, CH2CHCl2, CHFCHCl2, CF2CHCl2, CHFCH2Cl 또는 CF2CH2Cl인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  4. a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 사이클로헥산디온을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 산 클로라이드와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 엔올 에테르를 수득하고, 상기 엔올 에테르를 시아나이드 공급원 또는 루이스산의 존재하에서 전위시켜 제1항에서 언급한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득하거나, 또는 b)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 사이클로헥산디온을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 벤조일 시아나이드와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4및 n은 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 언급한 의미를 갖는다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염 및 통상적인 제형화 보조제를 포함하는 제초제 또는 식물 성장 조절제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염의 제초제 또는 식물 성장 조절제로서의 용도.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물중 하나 또는 그의 염 효과량을 식물, 식물의 종자 또는 경작지에 적용시킴을 포함하는, 유해식물을 선택적으로 방제하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물중 하나 또는 그의 염 효과량을 식물, 식물의 종자 또는 경작지에 적용시킴을 포함하는, 식물의 성장을 조절하는 방법.
  9. 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, Q는 Cl, CN, OH 또는 O-Me+(Me+는 무기 또는 유기 양이온이다)이고, R2, R3및 R4는 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  10. 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)의 상응하는 톨루엔을 과망간산 칼륨 또는 질산으로 산화시켜 일반식(Ⅷ) (여기서, Q는 OH이다)의 화합물을 수득하고, Q는 Cl인 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 생성물을 할로겐화시키거나, 또는 Q가 CN인 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 생성물을 벤조일 시아나이드로 전환시킴을 포함하는, 제9항에 따른 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R2, R3및 R4는 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 정의한 바와 같다.
