제1도는 본 발명에 의한 열수축성 슬리이브의 일부 절개사시도, 제2도 내지 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 다른 실시예시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브를 형성함에 있어서, 일정방향으로 열수축성을 갖는 열수축성 시트재(11)사이에 수축방향에 대하여 직각 방향으로 강화섬유(12)를 배향시켜 고분자 중합체 섬유재(13)와 직조된 직조물을 상기 열수축성 시트재(11)의 양면 사이에 부착하여서 된 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 직조물을 강화섬유(12)와 가교되지 않은 고분자 중합체 섬유재(13)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 강화섬유(12)와 고분자 중합체 섬유재(13)로 구성된 직물은 수축방향으로는 가소성 물질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열수축성 시트재(11)는 교차 결합된 중합체 재료로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열수축성 시트재(11)가 수축방향의 직각 방향으로 칫수 안정성을 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  6. 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 강화섬유(12)를 유리섬유 등과 같은 비연장성 섬유재질로 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  7. 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 고분자 중합체 섬유재(13)가 열에 의해 수축될 능력은 없고 또한 열수축시 열수축 시트재의 수축을 방해하지 않는 고분자 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  8. 제1항 열수축성 슬리이브에 있어서, 열활성 접착제 및 밀봉재를 도포하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
  9. 제1항 열수축성 슬리이브에 있어서, 시온도료를 도포하거나 열수축성 시트재를 보호할 목적으로 긁힘 방지용 시트가 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 케이블 접속용 열수축성 슬리이브.
