Claims (5)
- N-포르밀-L-아스파르트산 무수물과 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 축합시켜 수득한 N-포르밀-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르의 α- 및β-이성체의 조혼합물을 아세트산의 존재하에 에틸 아세테이트 또는 디클로로에탄과 같은 유기용매중에 용해시킨 다음, 인산과 저급 알킬 알코올로 처리하여 난용성 아스파르탐 인산염을 수득하고, 이를 여과하여 모으고, 물에 용해시킨 다음, 무기 염기를 사용하여 중화시켜 목적하는 순수한 유리 아스파르탐을 높은 수율로 수득함을 특징으로 하여, N-L-α-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 1-메틸 에스테르(아스파르탐)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 물중의 인산농도가 50% 내지 99%, 바람직하게는 85%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산의 양이 탈포르밀화된 N-보호된 아스파르탐의 몰당 1.2 내지 5몰임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저급 알킬 알코올이 탄소수 1 내지 4이고, 바람직하게는 메틸알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 실온 내지 60℃의 온도에서, 4 내지 12시간동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
