본 고안은 승강식 주차대의 주차대판에 바퀴고정자를 설치하여 주차대판이 지면에 닿아서 내려저 있을때는 바퀴 고정자가 대판속으로 함몰되고, 주차대판위에 자동차가 올라가서 위로 들어올려지면 바퀴고정자가 대판표면으로 직립 돌출되어서 바퀴의 미끄러짐을 막을 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention installs the wheel stator on the parking deck of the lifting parking platform, and when the parking deck reaches the ground, the wheel stator is recessed into the board, and when the car is raised and lifted up on the parking deck, the wheel stator is connected to the board surface.
