Claims (1)
- 전복을 모패로 하는 진주의 양식방법에 있어서, 전복의 패각에 형성된 나선형상의 돌기 좌측에 구멍을 뚫고 이 구멍을 통하여 철사 또는 낚시줄에 여러개의 핵을 연결하여 매달아 패각과 외투강사이로 통하게하여 나선형상의 내장낭 위치에 안정하게 고정시킴에 따라, 전복의 나선형상 내장낭과 심방 및 간장 생식소의 상피 세포가 진주대 역할을 하도록 함으로써, 패각 재생보수를 위한 분비물인 진주질의 분비를 유발시켜, 각질, 능주질, 진주질 순으로 상기 핵에 피착 결정되어 진주가 생성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 패각 부착 전복 진주양식방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
