일부에 헤어라인이 형성된 베이스필름위에 이형층과 보호층, 금속증착층 및 접착층이 차례로 형성된 부분헤어라인 스탬핑 호일에 있어서, 상기 베이브 필름(1)상의 광택성이 요구되는 부분에 아크릴계수지50내지 95중량%와 비닐계수지 5내지 50중량%로 이루어진 0.1내지 5미크론 두께의 내스크래치층을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 스탬핑 호일.In a partial hairline stamping foil in which a release layer, a protective layer, a metal deposition layer, and an adhesive layer are sequentially formed on a base film on which a hairline is formed, an acrylic resin 50 to 95 in a part where glossiness on the babe film 1 is required. 베이스필름상의 일부에 헤어라인을 형성시키고 그 위에 이형층과 보호층, 금속증착층 및 접착층을 형성시킨 다음 이를 스탬핑시켜서 부분헤어라인 스탬핑호일을 제조하는데 있어서, 베이스필름(1)상에다 광택성이 요구되는 부분에는 내스크래치성 고형분에 대하여 아크릴수지50내지 95중량%와 비닐계수지 5내지 50중량%로 내스크래치성 고형분은 0.1내지 5㎛의 두께로 코팅시켜 내스크래치층(4)을 형성시키고, 내스크래치층(4)이 형성되지 않은 부분에는 통상의 방법으로 헤어라인(9''')을 가공 실시한 다음 상기의 내스크래치층(4)과 헤어라인(9```)상에다 통상의 방법으로 이형층(5), 보호층(6), 금속증착층(7) 및 접착층(8)을 순서대로 형성시키고 이를 스탬핑시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분헤어라인 스탬핑 호일의 제조방법.A hairline is formed on a part of the base film, and a release layer, a protective layer, a metal deposition layer, and an adhesive layer are formed thereon, and then stamped to produce a partial hairline stamping foil.
