본 고안은 주로 포장상자등의 이송을 목적으로한 콤베어 이송장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에도 이와같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 제안된 여러 가지 종류의 콤베어 이송장치가 공지된 바 있으나 이는 다수의 이송 로울러가 동시에 구동되게 하였을뿐만 아니라 이의 이송 로울러의 부분적인 회동 중지조절이 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 이송물에 상처를 내게하는 등 결점이 있었던 것이다. 본 고안은 이상의 결점을 시정할 목적으로 상술한 것인데 이의 고안 요지는 다수의 이송 로울러의 스프라켓이 체인에 의해 서로 연쇄 연동되게 하되 이송 로울러의 축간에 조절나사를 설치하여 필요할때는 부분 이송 로울러의 회동을 멈출수 있게 한데 특징이 있는 것이다. 이를 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 기대(1)의 길이 방향이 일정 간격으로 로울러축간(2)을 고정하고 로울러축간(2) 일측 단부에는 메탈(4)을 개제시킨 스프라켓축간(3)이 관삽되어 있으되 이 스프라켓축간(3)에는 단입부(3')를 형성하여 스프라켓(8)(8')을 관삽 고정하며, 스프라켓축간(3)의 외주에는 원통체(5)를 유삽하여 받침판(5')으로 고정하며 원통체(5)의 외주에는 이송 로울러(6)를 관삽하여 조절볼트(7)로 스프라켓(8)과 고정하되 이 조절볼트(7) 내단에는 스프링(7")을 개제시킨 볼(7')이 장입되어 슬리프 가능하게 하였으며 스프라켓(8)(8')은 체인(9)에 의해 연동되며 로울러주축간(2')이 축착된 체인기어(10)는 체인벨트(10')에 의해 로우터(11)과 전동되게한 구조이다.The present invention mainly relates to a conveyor conveying device for the purpose of conveying the packaging box. 이상과같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안은 주로 포장된 상자를 운반하는데 사용하는 것으로 모우터(11)를 가동시키면 체인벨트(10')에 의해 전동되는 로울러주축간(2')이 회동되면서 이에 축착된 이송 체인의 내측 체인 기어(10)와 체인(9)에 의해 스프라켓(8)(8')이 회동되면서 다음의 스프라켓(8)(8')을 연쇄적으로 가동시킴에 따라 전체의 이송 로울러(6)가 회동된다. 이때 이송 물체를 이송시키면 이송 물체는 이송 로울러(6)의 회동에 의해 전방으로 이송되어진다. 이송되는 물체를 잡고 검사할때나 이를 밖으로 덜어내어 작업대에 얹고 작업을 할 때 이송 로울러(6)가 계속 회동하면 이송 물체는 멈추고 이송 로울러(6)는 회동되는 탓으로 이송물체의 저면에는 상처를 입게되는 현상이 생기게 되는데 이때 본 고안은 조절볼트(7)의 내단에 볼(7')이 스프링(7")에 의해 스프라켓축간(3)과 탄접된 상태이므로 이송 로울러(6)에 압력을 주면 이상의 탄발력에 의해 스프라켓축간(3)과는 슬리프 현상이 생겨 이송 로울러(6)는 회동을 멈추게 되므로 이송 물체에 손상을 입히는 폐단이 생기지 않는다. 그리고 이송 물체의 성격에 따라 조절볼트(7)는 조정하면 되는 것이다. 다음 이송 물체에 가해진 압을 제거하면 이상의 슬리프 현상은 해지되어 이송 로울러(6)는 정상적인 회동을 하게 된다. 다음 이송 로울러(6)의 회동을 가감시키고자할 때는 스프라켓(8)(8')을 교체 사용하면 된다. 이상과 같이 본 고안은 로울러주축간(2')와 연동되게한 단위 체인(9)이 다수의 로울러축간(2')에 축착된 스프라켓(8)(8')을 연쇄적으로 연동되게 하였기 때문에 동력 소모와 소음발생을 최대한 방지할 수 있고 또한 이송 로울러(6)과 스프라켓축간(3) 사이에는 원통체(5)를 개재시켜 이에 관삽된 조절볼트(7)의 조정으로 이송 로울러(6)가 슬리프될 수 있게 하였기 때문에 이송 물체의 손상을 방지되게 한 효과가 있어 매우 실용적이다.Referring to the effect of the present invention configured as described above are as follows.
