Claims (4)

  1. 제1전압과 제2전압원의 접속용으로서의 제1전압 공급단자 및 제2전압 공급단자와, 검출회로에 연결된 회로 입력측의 여러 상태의 전압 레벨의 검출용으로서의 검출회로를 구비한 회로장치에 있어서, 상기 검출회로는 주전류 경로를 갖는 반도체 디바이스(Q5)를 구비하며, 상기 주전류 경로의 도전 상태는 제어 전극과 상기 반도체 디바이스의 주전류 경로 접속점 사이에 인가된 제어 전압으로 제어가 가능하고, 상기 주전류 경로 접속점은 회로 입력(I)측에 연결되며, 제어 전극은 상기 제1전압 공급단자에 접속되는 방식으로 구성되어, 회로 입력측과 제2전압 공급단자간의 절대치 전압차가 제1전압 공급단자와 제2전압 공급단자간의 절대치 전압차를 초과할때 상기 도전 상태가 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 전극은 트랜지스터(Q5)의 베이스이고, 주전류 경로 접속점은 상기 트랜지스터의 에미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회로장치는 2개의 입력을 갖는 차동 증폭기를 구비하며, 상피 증폭기의 한 입력은 회로 입력(I)측에는 연결되고 다른 하나의 입력은 기준 전압점에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회로장치는 두개의 입력을 갖는 부가적 차동 증폭기(Q14,Q15)를 가지며, 상기 부가적 차동 증폭기의 한 입력은 트랜지스터(Q5)의 콜렉터에, 다른 한 입력은 부가적 기준 전압점(V0)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치.
