Claims (11)

  1. 조성물 A 또는 B를 갖고, 임의로 표면활성제, 가용성 중합체, 및 불용성 입자중 최소한 하나를 추가로 포함하는 분산물 (여기에서, A는 유기매질중에 분산된 0.1㎛ 미만의 평균 크기를 갖는 유기 또는 무기 안료 입자를 포함하는 비수성 분산물이고, B는 금속 산화물 및 금속 염으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되고, 수성 매질중에 분산된 0.1㎛ 미만의 평균 크기를 갖는 특정 부류의 무기 안료 입자를 포함하는 수성 분산물이다)
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안료 입자가 0.001 내지 0.1㎛ 범위의 평균 수평균 입경을 갖는 분산물.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안료 입자가 총 조성물의 0.001 내지 50중량% 범위를 차지하는 분산물.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 안료가 아조, 프탈로시아닌, 퀴나크리돈, 안트라퀴논, 디옥사진, 인디고티오인디고, 페리논, 페릴렌, 및 이소인돌렌 그룹으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 발색단을 함유하는 분산물.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 안료가 금속 규산염, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 크롬산염, 금속 몰리브덴산 염, 금속 연산염, 및 금속 황화물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 분산물.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용 매질이 물, 젤라틴/물 에멀젼, 및 알콜/물 혼합물로 구성된 용매 그룹중에서 선택되는 분산물.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 매질이 극성 유기 화합물, 비극성 유기 화합물, 및 이들의 혼합물(상기 유기 화합물은 경우에 따라 중합체이다)로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 분절을 갖는 중합체를 포함하고, 중합체내에 구리 프탈로시아닌 입자가 분산되어 있는 콘택트렌즈인 분산물.
  9. (a) 비반응성 가스 스트림의 존재하에 유기 또는 무기 안료 또는 안료 전구물질을 증발시켜 안료 또는 안료 전구물질 초미립자를 제공하는 단계(상기 비반응성 가스는 He,Ne,Ar,Xe 및 N2, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 임의로 선택한다), (b) 안료 전구물질 입자가 존재할 경우, 상기 안료 전구 물질 초미립자와 반응할 수 있는 제 2의 가스를 제공하여 상기 제 2의 가스와 상기 안료 전구물질 초미립자를 반응시켜 안료 초미립자를 제공하는 단계(상기 제 2의 가스는 산소, 이산화질소, 산화 질소, 이산화탄소, 일산화탄소, 암모니아, 트리메틸클로로실란, 메틸아민, 에틸렌 옥사이드, HF, HCI및 S02로 구성된 그룹중에서 임의로 선택한다), (C) 상기 가스 스트림중의 상기 안료 초미립자를 분산 매질내로 전송하여 상기 매질중의 안료 입자의 분산물을 제공하는 단계(상기 분산 매질은 경우에 따라 수성 또는 유기성 액체 또는 중합체, 또는 저 용융 유기 화합물이다)를 포함하는, 제 1항의 분산물을 제공하는 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분산 매질이 표면 활성제, 가용성 중합체, 또는 불용성 입자중 최소한 하나를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  11. (a) 포집 용기에 연결되고, 최소한 제 1가스도입관 및 임의로 제 2가스도입관(상기 제 2관은 상기 제 1관으로부터 하향류로 위치된다), 및 상기 로 및 상기 포집용기(상기 용기는 분산매질을 함유한다)를 감압시키기 위한 수단을 포함하도록 마련된 로(furnace) ; (b) 유기 또는 무기 안료 또는 안료 전구물질을 상기 로내로 도입시키고, 로를 강압시키기 위한 수단 : (c) 상기 제 1도입관을 통해 제 1의, 비반응성 가스 스트림을 상기 로 내로 도입시키기 위한 수단 ; (d) 상기 안료 또는 안료 전구물질 입자를 상기 제 1가스 스트림내로 증발시키기 위한 수단 ; (e) 상기 제 1가스 스트림내의 기화된 안료 또는 안료 전구물질 입자를 냉각시켜 상기 제 1가스 스트림중의 안료 또는 안료 전구물질 초미립자의 분산물을 생성시키기 위한 수단 ; (f) 임의로, 상기 제 2도입관을 통해 제 2의, 반응성 가스 스트림을 상기 로 내로 도입시켜 상기 안료 전구물질 입자를 반응하게 하여 안료 초미립자를 제공하기 위한 수단 ; 및 (g) 상기 포집 용기내에 상기 입자를 포집하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 제 1항의 안료 초미립자의 분산물을 제공하기 위한 장치.
