제5도는 본 발명에 따른 EL 표시소자의 1차 수지를 형성한 전면유리기판의 평면도.
제6도는 본 발명에 따른 EL 표시소자의 수지를 도포한 배면유리판의 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. EL표시소자의 보호용제 봉지방법에 있어서, 상기 전면 유리기판상에 스크린 프린트법으로 수지를 1차 도포하고 경화하는 제1공정과 상기 수지가 1차 도포되고 경화된 영역상부에 스크린 프린트 법으로 수지를 2차도포하는 제2공정과 상기 배면 유리기판상에 스크린 프린트 법으로 전면유리기판 상에 도포된 수지의 영역과 대칭되게 수지를 3차도포하고 경화하는 제3공정과 상기 전면유리판과 배면유리판의 수지가 도포된 영역을 마주보게 접착하여 경화하는 제4공정을 구비하여 상기 공정의 연속으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 EL 표시소자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에 사용되는 수지는 4000-20000CPS의 점도로 0.1-0.7mm두께로 도포하고 경화하는 EL표시소자의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2, 3공정에 사용되는 수지는 50-1000CPS의 점도인 것을 특징으로 하는 EL 표시소자의 제조방법.
