Claims (5)

  1. 제1철 이온을 함유하는 산용액에, Al, Cr, V, B, Zn의 각 금속 또는 당해 금속의 산용액의 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 첨가하여 균일하게 용해하는 제1공정과, 상기 제1공정에서 얻어진 액에 알카리를 첨가하여 각기의 상기 첨가금속에 적합한 PH치에 중화하고, 첨가금속의 수산화물을 정출시키는 제2공정과, 상기 제2공정에서 얻어진 액에 아니온 응집제, 노니온 응집제의 1종 또는 2종을 첨가하여 정출된 상기 수산화물을 응집시켜서 침강 분리하는 제3공정을 구비하는 제1철 이온함유용액의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 이온함유량이 5W% 이상으로 된 제1철 이온함유산용액의 정제방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제일철이온을 함유하는 산용액이 강재의 염산산세폐액으로 된 제1철 이온함유산용액의 정제방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가금속에 적합한 PH치가, 철의 수산화물을 생성하지 아니하는 PH-6 이하, 바람직하게는 PH=3.5-6으로 된 제1철 이온함유산용액의 정제방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 수산화물을 정출시키는 반응은, 용액중에 현탁 또는 용해되어 있는 불순물 미립자 또는 산화물 이온을 핵으로 하여 진행하고, 이들을 포촉 중합시키는 것으로 된 제일철이온함유산용액의 정제방법.
