Claims (7)

  1. 방사하기 전에 중합체성 장해 3급 아민 안정화제와 산성 무기 입자를 스판덱스 중합체 용액에 가하여 스판덱스 필라멘트를 건식 방사하는 방법에 있어서, 중합체성 아민안정화제를 첨가하기 전 또는 무기입자를 첨가하기 전에 유효량의 유기 염기를 중합체 용액에 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체성 아민은 입체 장해된 3급-아미노알킬 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트 중합체이고, 무기 입자는 이산화티탄 입자이며, 유기 염기는 중합체 용액에 이산화티탄 1kg당 0.04 내지 1.0그람당량의 아민 단위를 제공하는 아민인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체성 아민은 입체 장해된 3급-아미노알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 마테크릴레이트 중합체이고, 무기 입자는 이산화티탄 입자이며, 유기 염기는 중합체 용액에 이산화티탄 1kg당 0.04 내지 1.0그람당량의 아민 단위를 제공하는 아민인 방법.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 이산화티탄 1kg당 아민 단위의 그람 당량이 0.1 내지 0.5의 범위내인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기 염기의 Pkb가 2.5 내지 5.0의 범위내인 방법.
  6. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 제 3 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 디에틸 아민 또는 에틸렌 디아민인 방법.
  7. 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 디에틸 아민 또는 에틸렌 디아민이고, 이산화티탄의 농도가 디에틸 아민 또는 에틸렌 디아민이고, 이산화티탄의 농도가 용액중의 중합체 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 7%의 범위내이며, 중합체성 안정화제의 농도가 용액중의 중합체 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5내지 10%의 범위내인 방법.
