Claims (8)
- 물질을 에어레이팅하기 위한 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치에 있어서, 관, 프로펠러 및 프로펠러를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, 에어레이트되도록 물질의 표면 아래서 예각으로 관과 프로펠러에 의해 에어레이터를 지지하기 위한 진동식 지지 시스템을 포함하고, 상기 지지 시스템은 관을 통해서 처리될 물질로 주입된 공기를 상기 진동각에 대해 호형으로 확산하기 위해 에어레이트될 물질의 표면에 대한 소정의 횡축 각도로 관과 프로펠러를 진동시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 수단은 최소한 45°로 관과 프로펠러를 진동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동수단은 최소한 90°로 관과 프로펠러를 진동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지시스템은 상기 진동식 구동 수단을 지지하는 골조부재와, 상기 진동식 구동 수단에 의해 장착되고 회전되는 진동식 지지 아암과, 상기 진동식 지지 아암을 상기 에어레이터에 연결하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치.
- 에어레이트될 물질의 표면 아래서 공기를 조절하기 위한 관과, 프로펠러를 회전시키기 위한 프로펠러와 수단을 포함하는 프로펠러형 에어레이터로서 물질을 에어레이팅하기 위한 방법에 있어서 에어레이트될 물질의 표면 아래서 에어레이터의 관과 프로펠러를 지지하는 단계와, 공기를 관의 물질로 주입하는 단계와, 회전프로펠러에 의해 물질을 이동시키므로써 주입된 공기를 물질 내에 호형으로 분산시키고, 물질의 표면에 소정의 횡축 각도로 관과 프로펠러를 진동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동식 프로펠러형 에어레이터 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 관과 프로펠러는 최소한 45°로 진동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 관과 프로펠러는 최소한 90°로 진동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관과 프로펠러는 수평 아래쪽의 예각으로 물질에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
