2, 7 : 천이금속으로 도포된 β" 알루미나층
3 : 단결정 β" 알루미나층 4, 10 : 이가의 카드뮴 용융염층
5, 11 : 카드뮴과 실리콘의 합금층 8 : 다결정의 β" 알루미나층
9 : 다공성의 β" 알루미나층

Claims (1)

  1. 전해화학전지를 형성함에 있어서, 기판(6)의 상측면에 천이금속으로 도포된 β" 알루미나층(7)을 형성시키고 그의 상측면에는 다결정의 β" 알루미나층(8)을 형성시키고 상기한 다결정의 β" 알루미나층(8)의 내부에는 다공성 β" 알루미나층(9)을 세분시켜 형성시키고 각 세분된 다공성의 β" 알루미나층(9)의 내부에 이가의 카드뮴(Cd) 용융염층(10)과 실리콘(Si), 카드뮴(Cd)의 합금층(11)을 형성하여 전지의 효율을 증대시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해화학전지의 구조.
