2, 7 : 천이금속으로 도포된 β" 알루미나층
3 : 단결정 β" 알루미나층 4, 10 : 이가의 카드뮴 용융염층
5, 11 : 카드뮴과 실리콘의 합금층 8 : 다결정의 β" 알루미나층
9 : 다공성의 β" 알루미나층
Claims (1)
- 전해화학전지를 형성함에 있어서, 기판(6)의 상측면에 천이금속으로 도포된 β" 알루미나층(7)을 형성시키고 그의 상측면에는 다결정의 β" 알루미나층(8)을 형성시키고 상기한 다결정의 β" 알루미나층(8)의 내부에는 다공성 β" 알루미나층(9)을 세분시켜 형성시키고 각 세분된 다공성의 β" 알루미나층(9)의 내부에 이가의 카드뮴(Cd) 용융염층(10)과 실리콘(Si), 카드뮴(Cd)의 합금층(11)을 형성하여 전지의 효율을 증대시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해화학전지의 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
