Claims (2)

  1. 기계식 전화기의 경우 훅크 온·오프와 다이얼펄스 발생을 하며 전자식 전화기의 경우 훅크 온, 오프를 하는 훅크 스위치(110)를 구비하는 가입자 전화기(100)와, 상기 전화기와 접속된 전화선로(300)(400)와, 상기 선로에 접속한 교환기(200)로 상기 가입자 전화기(100)의 종류를 감지하는 회로에 있어서, 상기 선로 (300)(400)와 접속하는 상기 교환기(200)에 상기 훅크 스위치(110)의 온·오프에 따른 루프 형성을 감지하는 수단(Rp)과, 상기 수단에 따른 검출 전압을 증폭하는 차동증폭기(210)와, 상기 증폭된 전압과 기준전압(Vref)을 비교하여 펄스를 발생하는 비교기(220)를 구비하여 다이얼링시 가입자 전화기가 기계식일 경우 상기 비교기(220)의 출력을 펄스로 하고 전자식일 경우에는 논리레벨중 어느 하나로 출력하여 가입자 전화기 종류를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  2. 훅크스위치를 구비하는 가입자 전화기(100)와, 상기 전화기와 접속된 전화선로(300)(400)와, 상기 선로에 접속한 교환기를 구비하여 상기 가입자 전화기의 종류를 감지하는 방법에 있어서, 가입자가 핸드셋을 들었는가를 감지하는 제1단계와, 상기 가입자가 다이얼링을 하여 훅크 스위치의 동작상황을 체크하는 제2단계와 상기 다이얼링시 훅크 스위치의 오프 상태를 감지하면 계기식전화기이고, 계속하여 훅크 스위치의 온 상태를 감지하면 전자식 전화기임을 판단하는 제3단계로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
