Claims (11)

  1. 알킬 3-펜테노 에이트, 코발트 촉매, 3 급 질소 염기 조촉매, 저급 알킬 알콜, 및 일산화탄소를 함유하는 혼합물에, 알킬 3-펜테노에이트의 카보 알콕실화가 일어나는 동안 코발트 촉매 활성을 유지하기에 충분한 양의, pKa가 3 이상인 알카노산을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 디알킬아디페이트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. (a) 부타디엔, 일산화탄소 및 저급알킬알콜을 함유하는 혼합물을 액체반응혼합물 1 리터당 약 0.5몰 이상의 코발트 농도 및 액체반응혼합물 1 리터당 약 2.3내지 2.9몰의 3 급 질소 염기 조촉매의 농도로 코발트 촉매 및 3 급 질소 염기 조촉매와 반응시켜 알킬 3-펜테노에이트를 함유하는 액체 혼합물을 형성시키고,
    (b) 단계 (a)에서 형성된 혼합물에, 코발트 촉매 활성을 유지하기에 충분한 양이나 단계(a)에서 형성된 액체 혼합물 1 리터당 약 1 몰 미만의 양으로 pKa가 3 이상인 알카노산을 가하고,
    (c) 단계(b)에서 형성된 혼합물을 반응시켜 디알킬아디페이트를 제조함을 특징으로 하여,
    일산화탄소 및 저급 알킬 알콜의 연속적인 첨가에 의해 디알킬 아디페이트를 제조하기 위한 부타디엔의 카복시알콕실화 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 코발트 촉매가 코발트 카보닐이고 3 급 질소 염기 조촉매는 피리딘이며, 알카노산은 탄소수 2 내지 8 의 모노 또는 디산 또는 이러한 산들의 혼합물이고, 저급알킬알콜은 메탄올인 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 반응시킨 혼합물이 pKa가 약 4 내지 5 인 알카노산을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 알카노산이 아세트산, 아디프산, 발레르산, 메틸글루타르산, 또는 에틸숙신산인 방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계(a)를 100기압 이상의 압력으로 약 80내지 150℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 혼합물 성분의 농도를 5내지 15%로 감소시키기에 충분한 양의 불활성 희석제를 단계(a)의 반응 완결후 형성된 혼합물에 가하는 방법.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 단계(b)를 100기압 이상의 압력으로 약 140내지 200℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카노산의 양이 알킬 3-펜테노에이트를 함유하는 혼합물 1리터당 약 0.05내지 약 1 몰인 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 알카노산의 양이 알킬 3-펜테노에이트를 함유하는 혼합물 1리터당 약 0.05내지 약 0.5물로 첨가되는 방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 3 급 질소 염기 조촉매가 피리딘인 방법.
