  1. 구조식(ⅩⅡ)로 표시되는 8-(4-아미노부틸)-8-아자스피로 [4,5]-데칸-,7,9-디온과 구조식(ⅩⅢ)로 표시되는 2-(N,N-디할로에틸아미노)피리미딘을 반응시켜서 구조식(Ⅰ)의 8-[4-[4-(2-피리미피디닐)-1-페라지닐]-부틸]-8-아자스피로 [4,5]-데칸-7,9-디온을 제조하는 방법.
    윗식에서, X1, 및 X2는 각각 염소, 브롬, 요오드 등의 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
