Claims (31)

  1. 벽과, 상기 벽을 통과하는 진입 구멍을 규정하는 포트 구조물과, 상기 구멍을 덮는 얇고 유연한 밀봉 뚜껑 부재로 구성되는 용기에 있어서,
    상기 포트 구조물은 용기로 부터 외부로 연장하여 상기 구멍 주변에서 외부 지지표면을 규정하는 지지부분을 포함하고,
    상기 뚜껑 부재는 상기 지지 부분의 외향 단부를 가로질러 연장하고 상기 구멍에 노출된 격막부를 포함하는 제1부분과, 상기 외부 지지표면의 주변에 배치되어 상기 제1부분과 일체로 형성된 제2부분과, 포트구조물에 부착된 제3부분과, 제2부분과 제3부분 사이에서 파열선을 규정하는 취약성 부분을 구비하고, 상기에 의해 제2부분은 뚜껑의 제1 및 제2부분에 있는 응력으로 부터 파열선의 완전성을 보호하기 위해 응력 제거용 지지 부분과 연결되고, 파열선의 분리는 상기 진입 구멍을 노출시키기 위해 제1 및 제2부분을 포함하는 뚜껑의 단면을 제거할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    포트 구조물은 상기 지지 부분에 인접하게 배치된 환상 부분을 포함하고, 뚜껑의 제3부분은 포트 구조물의 환상 부분에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    뚜껑의 파열선은 포트 구조물의 지지 부분과 환상 부분 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    환상 부분은 지지 부분으로 부터 방사상 외부로 연장하는 환상 플랜지이고, 뚜껑의 제3부분은 환상 플랜지에 부착되고, 파열선은 제3부분의 내부 주변 모서리에 접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    제2부분은 제1 및 제2모서리를 가지는 환상 부분이고, 뚜껑의 제1부분은 제2부분의 하나의 모서리와 일체로 형성되고, 취약성 부분은 제2부분의 다른 모서리에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    취약성 부분은 지지표면에서 멀리 떨어진 제2부분의 측면에서 외향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    제2부분은 제1 및 제2모서리를 가지는 환상 부분이고, 뚜껑의 제1부분은 제2부분의 하나의 모서리와 일체로 형성되고, 파열선은 제2부분의 다른 모서리를 따라 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    뚜껑의 제2부분 및 제1부분은 접합부를 따라 서로 결합되고, 취약성 부분은 접합부에 인접하게 제2부분에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  9. 제6항에 있어서,
    제2부분 및 제1부분은 접합부를 따라 서로 결합되고, 파열선은 상기 접합부에 인접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    포트 구조물 및 뚜껑은 실제로 서로 다른 팽창 계수를 가지는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    뚜껑의 제2부분은 포트 구조물의 지지표면에 인접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    파열선 및 뚜껑의 제2부분의 적어도 일부분은 포트 구조물의 지지표면과 이격 관계로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  13. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 격막부는 포트 구조물에 관하여 내향 및 외향으로 신축성 있게 팽창 가능한 팽창성 격막부인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    격막부는 적어도 하나의 환상 회선을 포함하기 때문에 상기 회선내에 있는 뚜껑 부분에 의해 포트 구조물의 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 회선을 굽힘으로써 팽창될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  15. 취약성 부분을 가지는 용기의 포트를 위한 얇고 유연한 밀봉 뚜껑에 있어서,
    포트를 둘러싸고 포트의 주변 표면에 밀봉 고정되는 제1부분과, 격막부와 상기 격막부 주변에서 대체로 원통형 부분을 포함하고 포트를 연결하는 제거 가능한 부분과, 포트의 외부면과 응력 제거 가능하게 결합되도록 배치되어 있고 취약성 부분을 규정하는 격막부에 관하여 벽부분의 외부에 배치된 파열선을 따라서 제1부분에 연결된 상기 원통형 벽부분과, 제1부분에 관하여 제거 가능한 부분을 끌어 당기고 취약성 밀봉부를 파열시키는 손이 접촉될 수 있는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    뚜껑의 제1부분은 원통형 벽부분으로 부터 방사상 외부로 연장하는 환상 플랜지인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  17. 제16항에 있어서,
    파열선은 뚜껑의 제1부분의 내부 주변 모서리에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  18. 제15항에 있어서,
    벽부분은 제1 및 제2환상 모서리를 가지고, 뚜껑의 격막부는 벽부분의 하나의 모서리와 일체로 형성되고, 파열선은 벽부분의 다른 모서리에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  19. 제15항에 있어서,
    파열선은 벽부분의 방사상 외부연으로 부터 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  20. 제19항에 있어서,
    벽부분은 제1 및 제2환상 모서리를 가지고, 뚜껑의 격막부는 벽부분의 하나의 모서리와 일체로 형성되고, 파열선은 벽부분의 다른 모서리에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.

  22. 제15항 내지 21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    격막부는 이에 관하여 내향 및 외향으로 신축성 있게 팽창 가능한 팽창성 격막부인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  23. 제22항에 있어서,
    격막부는 적어도 하나의 환상 회선을 포함하기 때문에 상기 회선내의 뚜껑 부분에 의해 포트의 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 회선을 굽힘으로써 팽창될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 뚜껑.
  24. 제15,16,17,18,19,20 또는 21항에 있어서,

  31. 취약성 부분을 가지는 용기의 포트용 유연한 밀봉 뚜껑에 있어서,
