Claims (10)
- 한편으로는 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀으로 이루어진 반응 기체 혼합물 및, 다른 한편으로는 촉매시스템 또는 촉매를 제1중합 반응기에 도입시키고, 제1중합 반응기내에서 기체상으로 알파-올레핀 또는 알파-올레핀들을 중합시킨 다음, 반응 기체 혼합물을 동반하는 생성된 폴리올레핀 분말을 제1반응기로부터 회수하고, 회수한 분말을 이송 장치에 의해 제2기체상 중합 반응기로 이송한 후, 제1반응기의 혼합물과 동일하거나 상이한 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀으로 이루어진 반응 기체 혼합물, 및 임의로 추가량의 촉매 또는 촉매 시스템의 하나이상의 성분을 제2반응기로 도입시키고, 제2중합반응기내에서 알파-올레핀 또는 알파-올레핀들을 기체상으로 중합시키는데, 둘이상의 반응기를 사용하는 경우에는, 제2반응기로부터의 회수조작 및 제3반응기로의 폴리올레핀 분말의 이송조작을 반복하고 최종 반응기까지 반복 수행하는 단계로 이루어지는, 이송장치에 의해 상호연결된 둘 이상의 분리된 중합 반응기 내에서 연속 단계로 저압하의 기체상으로 알파-올레핀을 중합하는 방법에 있어서, 중합반응기로부터 회수된 반응 기체 혼합물을 동반하는 폴리올레핀 분말을 후속 중합 반응기로 이송하기 전에, (a) 먼저, 이 기체 혼합물의 압력을, 분말이 회수되는 중압반응기내의 압력의 1/50내지 1/5로 낮추고, 감압된 기체 혼합물의 대부분으로부터 폴리올레핀 분말을 분리시키는 감압단계를 거친 다음, (b) 폴리올레핀 분말 및 잔류 기체 혼합물의 압력을 후속 중합 반응기의 반응 기체 혼합물(이 반응 기체 혼합물은 후속 중합 반응기의 온도보다 20℃이상 더 낮은 온도로 사용한다)에 의해 후속 중합 반응기의 압력까지 상승시키는 압축단계를 거침을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감압 단계후에 중합 반응기로부터 회수된 폴리올레핀 분말에 동반하는 반응기체 혼합물의 적어도 일부분을 언급된 중합 반응기로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축단계의 지속시간이 60초 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감압단계 및 폴리올레핀 분말의 중합반응기로의 이송단계를 수행하는데 걸리는 총 시간이 180초 이하, 바람직하게는 120초 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축단계후에, 언급된 압축단계 동안 사용된 반응 기체 혼합물의 적어도 일부분을, 폴리올레핀 분말이 이송되는 중합 반응기로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여러 중합 반응기내에서 동일하거나 상이한, 반응 기체 혼합물의 압력이 0.5내지 5MPa, 바람직하게는 1내지 3MPa이며, 여러 중합 반응기내에서 동일하거나 상이하게 유지되는 온도가 30내지 115℃, 바람직하게는 50내지 110℃로 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 기체 혼합물이 탄소수 2내지 12의 알파-올레핀 하나 이상으로 이루어지며 임의로 공액 또는 비-공액 디엔 및/또는 수소 및/또는 불활성 기체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이, (1) 및 (27)과 같은 둘 이상의 알파-올레핀용 중합 또는 공중합 반응기로 이루어지며, 이들 반응기가 폴리올레핀 분말의 순환 방향으로 일련으로 배열되고, 이들 반응기의 각각에 알파-올레핀 공급용 장치 및 냉각장치가 설치되어 있고, 이들 반응기중 제1반응기에 폴리올레핀 분말의 순환 방향으로 촉매 화합물을 도입시키기 위한 장치가 설치되어 있고, 이들 반응기중 최종 반응기에는 폴리올레핀 분말의 순환 방향으로 폴리올레핀 분말을 외부로 회수하는 장치가 설치되어 있고, 최종 반응기를 제외한 이들 반응기의 각각은 폴리올레핀 분말의 순환 방향으로 폴리올레핀 분말을 이송하는 장치에 의해 후속 반응기에 연결되는, 제1내지 7항중 어느 하나에 기술된 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 2개의 연속 반응기들 사이의 이송 장치가, 폴리올레핀 분말의 순환 방향으로 밸브(12)가 설치된 파이프를 통해 반응기(1)에 연결되고 밸브(14)가 설치된 파이프에 의해 감압실(16)에 연결된 용기(13)으로 이루어진 분말 회수장치 : 배출용기에 연결되고 밸브(19)가 설치된 파이프를 통해 압축실(20)에 연결된 감압실(16); 및 (a) 감압실(16)에 연결되고, (b) 파이프(24), 밸브(22) 및 파이프(25)를 통해 반응기(27)의 기체 혼합물용 공급회로에 연결되고, (c) 밸브(21) 및 분말 이송파이프(26)을 통해 반응기(27)에 연결되며 (d) 임의로 밸브(23), 및 콤프레셔(30)이 설치된 파이프를 통해 반응기(27)에 연결된 압축실(20)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2도에 도시된 바와같이, 감압실(16)과 밸브(19)사이에 배치된 계량 장치(39)를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 계량장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제3도에 도시된 바와같이, 밸브(19)와 압축실(20)사이에 배치되며, 밸브(44)가 설치된 파이프에 의해 압축실(20)에 연결된 중간 저장실(40)을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
