1:액정표시패널, 2:화상신호원, 3:프레임 반전 증폭기, 4:동기분리회로, 5:콘트롤회로, 6:“Y”드라이버, 7:“X”드라이버, 7:“X”드라이버, 8:화소, 81:TFT(박막트랜지스터), 10:전압제어발전기, 11:카운터, 12:위상비교기, 13:저역필터, 14:기존주파수입력단자, 15:발진주파수출력단자, 20:게이트발진기, 21:수평카운터, 23:인버터.
Claims (4)
- 샘플주파수 발생기와 이 발생기로부터 발생되는 샘플 주파수 신호를 기초로 직렬 입력화상 신호를 샘플링하는 장치와, 이 샘플링 된 신호를 호울드하여 직병렬변환하는 장치와,직병렬 변환된 신호에 의한 화상표시 장치를 구비한 매트릭스형 표시장치에 있어서 전술한 직병렬 변환을 필요로하지 않는 기간에서는 전술한 샘플주파수 발생기의 동작을 정지시키는 장치를 구비한 매트릭스형 표시장치.
- 제1항 기재에 있어서 전술한 샘플주파수 발생기가 논리 게이트를 사용한 자주발진을 행하는 게이트 발진기를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 표시장치.
- 제2항 기재에 있어서 전술한 샘플주파수 발생기는 수평 카운터를 포함하고 전술한 게이트 발진기는 전술한 입력화상신호에 포함되거나 또는 별도로 입력되는 수평동기 신호에 관련된 타이밍으로 발진을 개시하여, 이 발진에 의한 출력펄스를 전술한 수평 카운터로 계수하여 수평방향의 화소수에 관련된 수만큼 펄스가 출력된 시점에서 발진을 정지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 표시장치.
- 제3항 기재에 있어서 전술한 샘플 주파수 발생기는 수직카운터를 포함하고, 전술한 게이트 발진기는 전술한 입력화상신호에 포함되거나 또는 별도로 입력되는 수직동기신호와 전술한 수평동기신호에 관련된 타이밍으로 발진을 개시하고 이 시점에서 전술한 수평동기 신호를 전술한 수직카운터로 계수하여 수직방향의 화소수에 관련된 계수값으로 되기까지 전술한 수평동기 신호에 관련된 타이밍으로 개시되는 발진의 작동과 정지를 반복하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
