Claims (8)

1) 다음 구조식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
여기서 R1내지 R4는 같거나 다를수도 있고, 각 수소, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-6알킬, C1-6알콕시, C1-6알카노일 또는 C1-6알콕시카르보닐, RCF2O, 3 내지 5의 불소원자로 치환된 에톡시그룹이거나, R2및 R3는 함께 -O(CR2)mO-그룹을 형성한다; R는 수소 또는 불소이다; m는 1 또는 2이다; n은 0 또는 1이다; R5및 R6는 같거나 다를수도 있고 각 수소, C1-6알킬, 또는 C2-6사이클로알킬이거나 R5및 R6는 그 부가되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 아제티디노, 피롤리디노, 피페리디노, 피페라지노, N-C1-4알킬피페라지노 또는 모르폴리노-그룹을 형성한다; 그리고 R7과 R8중 하나는 할로겐, 다른 하나는 수소, 할로겐 또는 C1-6알킬이다. 또는 다음 반응을 포함하는 그 제약학적으로 바람직한 염의 제조방법;
a) 다음 구조식(II)의 화합물과 다음 구조식(III)의 화합물과의 반응.
위 구조식에서 R1내지 R8는 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고, L1및 L2중 하나는 SH, 다른 하나는 메르캅탄에 의하여 치환 가능한 유리그룹이다.
b) 다음 구조식(IV)의 화합물과 다음 구조식(V)의 화합물과의 반응.
위 구조식에서, R1내지 R4는 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같다.
위 구조식에서 R5내지 R8은 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고, X는 CO2H 또는 CSX1, X1은 할로겐 또는 C1-4알콕시이다.
c) 다음 구조식(VI)의 화합물과 다음 구조식(VII)의 화합물과의 반응.
위 구조식에서 R1내지 R4는 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고, R9는 수소 또는 보호그룹, M은 금속원자이다.
위 구조식에서 R5내지 R8은 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고 Z는 유리그룹, P는 0 또는 1이다.
d) 다음 구조식(VIII)의 화합물과 다음 구조식(IX)의 화합물과의 반응.
위 구조식에서 R1내지 R4는 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고, R9는 수소 또는 보호그룹, Y는 유리그룹이다.
여기에서, R5내지 R8은 구조식(I)의 경우에서 기술한 바와같고, P는 0 또는 1,M7는 금속원자에 상응하는 물질이다.
아울러 바람직한 경우 선택적으로 실시될수 있는 다음 반응을 포함한다.
(i) n이 0인 구조식(I)의 화합물을 n이 1구조식(I)의 화합물로 산화시키는 반응.
(ii) n이 1로서 형성된 구조식(I)의 화합물을 n이 0인 구조식(I)의 화합물로 환원시키는 반응.
(iii) 제약학적으로 바람직한 염을 형성하는 반응.
L1이 SH이고 L2가 유리그룹인 청구범위 1의 방법.
L2가 염소인 청구범위 2의 방법.
R5및 R8가 그 부가되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 피롤리디노, 피페리디노, 피페라지노, N-C1-4알킬 피페라지노 또는 모르폴리노그룹인 구조식(I)의 화합물을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 청구범위 1내지 3이 방법.
다음 화합물을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 청구범위 1의 방법
2-(5-브로모-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-브로모-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-메틸-5-브로모-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-5-메틸-4-피레리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(5-브로모-4-피롤리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-4-피롤리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-5-메틸-4-피롤리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-4-모르폴리노 2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-5-메틸-4-모르폴리노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-메톡시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-5-(1,1,2,3-테트라플루오로에톡시)-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸,
2-(3-클로로-5-메틸-4-피페리디노-2-피리딜메틸설피닐)-4,5-디플루오로메틸렌디옥시-(1H)-벤즈이미다졸, 또는 그 제약학적으로 바람직한 염.
