Claims (6)

  1. 시카로즈, 전분, 락로즈, 탈크 또는 스테아린산의 혼합물혼을 포함하는 중성 납알로 만들어진 미세과립문에 설피라이드를 적용한 후 에틸셀룰로즈, 셀탁, 메라크릴레이트, 셀룰로즈 아세토프탈레이트 또는 폴리비닐피롤리든의 미세공 중합체로 의층을 입히는 것으로 구성된 경구 투여용 성피라이드의 생약 형태에 있어서, 설피라이드의 생체내 유리작용이 인의적인 위 및 장 배지내에서, -15분후, pH 1.3을 가지는 배지내에서 35-50% 유리되며; -30분휴ㅡ pH 1.3을 가지는 배지내에서 60-75% 유리되고; -60분후, pH 4.5를 가지는 배지내에서 80-95% 유리되며; -2시간후 pH 6.9를 가지는 백지내에서 90% 이상 유리됨을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생약 형태
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 과립물의 의층은 한개 이상의 Eudragit의 메라크릴레이트를 포함을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생약 형태
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 과립물의 의층은 약 3-4중량부의 EudragitL의 메라크릴레이트와 0.5-2중량부의 EudragitRL의 메라크릴레이트로 구성된 메타크릴레이트 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생약 형태.
  4. 제1항에서 3항의 개3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중성낱알에 적용된 설피라이드 층은 0.5-5중량%의 폴리비닐피롤리딘을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생약 형태.
  5. 제1항에서 4항의 4개항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 설피라이드 층은 적은 비율의 탈크를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생약 형태.
  6. 제1항에서 5항의 5개항중 어느 한항에 따라서, 70중량%의 설피라이드가 터빈 공정내에서 폴리비닐 피롤리딘의 알코올 용액을 사용하여 20중량%의 중성 낱알상에 주입되며, 상기의 미세과립물은 건조되고 이동되며, 약 4중량부의 EudragitL 및 약 1중량부의 EudragitRL로 구성된 메타크릴 중합체의 알코올을 용액을 적용하고 설피라이드의 생체내 유리역학의 상기한 특성값에 맞추기 위해 EudragitRL의 알코올 용액에 의해 외층을 완성하기 전에 37°C의 건조용 오븐내에서 충분한 시간동안 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 설피라이드의 신규한 생략 형태를 제조하는 방법.
