제2도는 본 발명에 따른 이용을 위해 바람직한 장치의 개략도이다.
Claims (22)
- a)60-95℃의 온도 범위에서 수성액체로 탈유 대두박 잔사를 추출하고; b) 상기 잔사로부터; a)단계로 부터의 액체추출물을 분리하고; c)상기 b)단계로 부터의 상기 잔사를 수성의 산성 가수분해 조건으로 주입하고; d) 상기 잔사로부터 상기 c)단계의 혼합물로부터 액체층을 분리하고; e) 상기 액체층을 양이온성 술폰화 수지로 접촉시키고; f) 상기 수지로 부터의 아미노산을 수성염기로 용출하고; g)상기 f)단계의 용출물을 한외 여과에 주입하고; h) 상기 g)단계의 여액을 탄소성 흡착제 상에서 정제하고; i) 상기 탄소성 흡착제로부터 액체를 함유하는 아미노산을 분리시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 탈유 대두박으로부터 유용한 생성물을 회수하는 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, c')상기 b)단계로부터 상기 액체 추출물을 비등시키고; d')상기 c) 단계의 생성물을 냉각시켜 액체 및 고체상을 형성시키고; e')상기 d')단계에 있어 상기 상들을 분리시키고; f') 상기 e')단계로부터 액체층을 냉동 건조시키는 단계로 구성된 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, e″) 상기 d)단계로부터 상기 잔사를 세척하고; f″) 상기 e″) 단계로부터 상기 잔사를 건조시키는 단계로 구성된 상기의 방법.
- 상기 2항에 있어, e')단계 이후의 고체상을 수집하고 건조시키는 단계로 구성된 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 상기 c)단계는 150℃까지의 온도에서 수성염산으로 상기 잔사를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 5항에 있어, 상기 산의 농도는 5-25%범위내인 상기의 방법.
- 상기 6항에 있어, 상기 온도는 110℃이고 상기 산농도는 15%인 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 상기 f)단계는 2% 수성암모니아 및 물로 상기 수지를 연속적으로 용출시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, 상기 g)단계는 1000MW 절단한외 여과기로 상기 용출액을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어, i)단계에 따라 얻어진 생성물.
- 상기 10항에 있어, 13.9% 유리로이신, 0.42% 유리티로신, 2.7% 유리페닐아란닌, 10.4% 유리라이신, 3.02% 유리히스티딘, 0.66% 유리알기닌, 0.15% 유리드립토판으로 구성된 생성물.
- 상기 2항에 있어, f')단계에 따른 생성물.
- 상기 12항에 있어, 17-22% 단백질매, 30-35% 탄수화물, 12-15%회분(무기물)으로 구성된 생성물.
- 상기 13항에 따라 얻어진 생성물.
- 상기 14항에 있어, 14-15% 단백질 및 15%회분(무기물)로 구성되어 얻어진 생성물.
- 상기 4항에 따라 얻어진 생성물.
- 상기 16항에 있어, 3-4% 단백질, 6-8% 회분(무기물), 70% 셀룰로스로 구성되어 얻어진 생성물.
- 상기 9항에 따라 얻어진 생성모류물.
- 상기 10항에 있어, 중량으로, 지질 0.11%, 전체환원당 0.12%, 전체아미노산 95.1%(91.3% 유리아미노산), 회분 0.7%, 염화물200ppm 이하, 중금속 20ppm이하, 철 200ppm 이하, 물 대략 4%로 구성된 생성물.
- 상기 11항에 있어 무게로으로 구성된 생성물

- a)석탄의 중량으로 약2배의 물의 양으로, 석탄을 탈이온수와 혼합하고; b)상기 a)단계의 혼합물을 비등시키고; c)상기 b)단계의 혼합물로부터 석탄을 냉각 분리시키고; d) 약 2시간동안 약 2000℃로 상기 c)단계로부터의 석탄을 가열하고; e)약 4시간동안 약 1000℃로 상기 d)단계로부터의 석탄을 가열시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 석탄으로부터 활성탄을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
