Claims (18)

  1. 밀폐된 개스공간으로 규정된 유리판 사이에 간격을 두고 마주보며 밀봉된 2장의 유리를 가진 밀봉된 다중 유리 조립체 단위의 평면배열을 구비하는 유리 조립체에 있어서, 상기 조립체 단위는 연부와 연부로 봉합된 조립체 단위의 외부유리가 지지부재에 고정되어 있으며, 상기 조립체 단위의 최소한 몇곳이 상기 조립체 단위의 외부에서 외부유리를 통과하는 기계적 고정에 의해 지지부재에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  2. 제1항의 조립체에 있어서, 모든 조립체 단위의 봉합된 곳외부에서 조립체 단위의 외부유리를 통과하는 기계적 고정에 의해 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 조립에 있어서, 상기 조립체는 벽 조립체이며, 평면 배열된 각 다중 유리 조립체 단위는 각 모서리에서 기계적으로 고정이되며 조립체 단위의 외부 유리 전체 연부는 인접한 조립체 단위의 외부 유리 연부와 서로 봉합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  4. 제3항 내지 제1항중 어느 한항의 조립체에 있어서, 각 조립체 단위는 다중 유리 조립체 단위로 조립체 단위의 외부표면에 볼트 헤드가 돌출되지 않는 볼트에 의해 지지부재에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항의 조립체에 있어서, 각 조립체 단위는 이중 유리 조립체 단위이며 각 조립체 단위의 내부유리는 외부유리에 삽입되어 내부 유리상으로 연장된 플랜지를 형성하는 외부유리와 계단형 구조를 제공하며 조립체 단위는 상기 플랜지를 관통하는 기계적 고정에 의해 지지부재에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  6. 제5항의 조립체에 있어서, 조립체 단위는 조립체 단위의 모서리에서 외부유리에 의해 형성된 플랜지를 관통하는 기계적 고정으로 모서리가 삽입되는 내부 유리가 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  7. 제6항의 조립체에 있어서, 조립체 단위의 각 모서리는 받침대 또는 트랜솜에 고정된 브래킷에 다시 탄력성 있게 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  8. 제7항의 조립체에 있어서, 인접한 동일 평면형태의 조립체 단위를 고정하기 위한 브래킷은 이등변삼각형 형태로 인접한 두조립체의 삽입절단부에 잡들어 맞으며 인접한 조립체단위의외 부유리가 브래킷에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  9. 제8항의 조립체에 있어서, 브래킷의 같은 변은 플래스틱 재질의 완충스트립을 지탱하고 인접한 조립체 단위의 내붕리 삽입연부에 스트립이 놓여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느한 항의 조립체에 있어서, 지지부재는 금속 또는 유리 받침대 또는 트랜솜인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  11. 유리 조립체를 사용하는 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 봉합된 다중 유리조립체 단위는 조립체의 외부 유리연부를 손상하지 않고 지지부재에 기계적 고정을 위해 조립체의 외부에서 외부유리를 관통하는 구멍과 평면 유리판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  12. 제11항의 조립체에 있어서, 봉합된 다중 유리 조립체 단위는 이중 조립체 단위로서 그 내부 유리가 외부 유리중 반대편 가장자리상의 최소한 두 위치에서 외부유리로부터 삽입되고 그때 외부유리는 상기 두 위치에서 플랜지를 형성하며, 고정구멍을 구비하는 상기 플랜지는 내부 유리 상으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  13. 제12항의 조립체에 있어서, 조립체는 장방형이고 모서리에서 삽입된 내부유리를 가지며 외부유리가 고정구멍을 가지는 플랜지를 모서리에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  14. 제13항의 조립체에 있어서 내부유리의 각 모서리는 외부유리의 내면에 삼각형 지역을 노출하도록 절단되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  15. 제11항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 플랜지내의 고정구멍은 외부면에 볼트헤드가 돌출되지 않게되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  16. 유리벽 조립체는 첨부된 도면의 제1도 내지 제4도 또는 제1도와 제3도 내지 제5도를 참고로하여 기술된 것과 같이 지지부재에 기계적으로 고정되어 있고 이중 유리 조립체의 연부와 연부가 봉합된 평면배열을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
  17. 유리벽 조립체를 사용하는 제16항의 조립체에 있어서, 조립체는 첨부된 도면 제1도 내지 제4도를 참고로 하여 기술된 바와 같이 실제적으로 이중 유리 조립체로 봉합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조립체.
