Claims (11)

  1. 다음의 단계들로 구성되고, 마무리 위치로 부터 배출된 기다란 제품들(2)을 자동으로 묶는 방법.
    (a) 제1위치에 위치된 쟁반(11,12,13,14,15,16)에 다수의 기다란 제품들(2)을 연속적으로 수용하고 저장하는 단계.
    (b) 상기 제1위치로 부터, 최소한 하나의 연속한 바인딩스트립들S,S′)이 상기 쟁반(11,12,13,14,15,16)을 통해수직으로 신장하는 제2위치로 상기 쟁반(11,12,13,14,15,16)에 저장된 기다란 제품들(2)을 운반하는 단계.
    (c) 상기 바인딩 스트립(S,S′)에 수직한 방향에서 제3위치로 기다란 제품들(2)을 더욱 운반하고, 그 동안에 상기 쟁반(11,12,13,14,15,16)의 기다란 제품들(2)이 상기 바인딩 스트립(S,S′)에 의해 점차 감싸지는 단계.
    (d) 제3위치에서 기다란 제품들(2)이 도착할 때, 그러한 감싸인 부분의 양끝에서 상기 바인딩 스트립(S, S′)을 용접하여 기다란 제품들(2)을 둘러싸는 바인딩 밴드(33,33′)를 제공하고, 동시에 용접된 부분에서 밴드(33,33′)를 절단하고, 그리하여 기다란 제품들(2)이 다발로 함께 묶이는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기다란 제품들(2)이 무단 컨베이어(27) 위에서 운반되는 상기 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기다란 제품들(2)이 상기 제1위치에서 수용되고 저장되는 동안, 그 제품들(2)의 제품명세들이 상기 바인딩스트립(S,S′) 위에 자동으로 인쇄되는 상기 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기다란 제품들을 함께 단단히 보유하도록 상기 바인딩 밴드(33,33′) 위로 열기를 분사하는 단계를 더포함하는 상기 방법.
  5. (a) 제1위치에서 기다란 제품들(2)을 수용하는 저장하기 위해 기다란 제품들(2)에 평행하게 배치되고 그 길이 방향으로 일정간격 떨어진 다수의 쟁반 부재들(a,b,c)를 포함하는 최소한 하나의 쟁반 조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16);
    (b) 무단 벨트(28) 및 1쌍의 제1 및 제2 스프로킷휘일들(30,31)을 포함하고, 상기 무단 벨트(28)는 그 양내측 단부들에서 상기 1매의 제1및 제2 스프로킷 휘일들(30,31)과 계합되고 상기 쟁반조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16)의 횡방향으로 신장하며, 상기 쟁반 조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16)가 상기 무단벨트(28) 위에 고정되어 있어 제품들(2)을 제1위치로 부터 제2 위치를 경우하여 제3 위치로 운반하게 되어 있는, 최소한 하나의 컨베이어(27);
    (c) 상기 쟁반 부재들(a,b,c) 사이의 공간에 일치하여 상기 쟁반 조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16)의 주행경로를 통해수직으로 신장하고 제2위치에 배치된 최소한 하나의 바인딩 스트립((S,S′); 그리고
    (d) 서로 수직 정합하여 신장하는 1쌍의 일정간격을 둔상부 및 하부 날들(21a, 21b; 21′a, 21′b)을 포함하고 제3위치에 배치되며, 상기 상부 및 하부날들(21a, 21b; 21′a, 21′b)은 상기 쟁반 조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16)의 기다란 제품들(2)을 감싸는 밴드(33, 33′)를 제공하는 상기 바인딩 스트립((S,S′)을 용접하기 위해 서로 가까이 및 떨어지게 수직으로 이동할 수 있는 최소한 하나의 용접기-절단기(21,21′)로 구성되는, 마무리 위치로부터 배출된 기다란 제품들(2)을 자동으로 묶는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제품들(2)이 제1위치에서 상기 쟁반조립체(11,12,13,14,15,16)에 수용되어 저장되는 동안, 각 그룹의 기다란 제품들(2)의 제품명세를 인쇄하기 위해 상기 바인딩스트립((S,S′)에 인접히 배치된 인쇄기(34)를 포함하는 상기 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 쟁반 부재들이 서로 일정간격 떨어져 있어 인접한 쟁반 부재들(a,b,c) 사이에 상기 바인딩 스트립((S,S′′)을 수용하는 상기 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용접기, 절단기(21,21′)의 상기 상부 및 하부 날들(21a, 21b, 21′a, 21′b) 중 하나는 초음파 호온이고 다른 하나는 앤빌인 상기 장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 기다란 제품들을 함께 단단히 보유하는 밴드(33,33′)위로 열기를 분사하기 위해 제3위치에 배치된 최소한 하나의 노즐(25,25′)을 포함하는 상기 장치.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 바인딩 스트립((S,S′)이 열수축성 물질로 만들어진 상기 장치.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 바인딩 스트립(S,S′)이 합성수지로 피복된 종이로 만들어진 상기 장치.
